Yawning, he waltzed into the hall only to see Jake and Embry at a table together. Quill slid into the empty spot next to his two best buds. "Morning boys." He greeted them, grabbing the nearest food off a silver serving plate. Honestly, at this point he didn't care what he was eating. As long as it was food. Carly Jones stormed into the Great Hall. Today was going to be a horrible day and she knew it. Already she had mounds of homework today and her favorite Ravenclaw scarf was missing. Carly scowled and slid into her usual seat at the Ravenclaw table. And honestly. What was up with all the new students? |

Seeing Jacob at the Slytherin table, Seth tensed, not too sure he really wanted to talk to him at the moment. Forcing a smile, Seth prepared himself some cereal, his stomach grumbling hungrily. Turning to Embry, he continued, 'How's school been treating you so far, then?' Quote:

Smiling as she linked arms with him, she laughed as she recieved some glares from a group of Slytherin girls as they left the common room and entered the Great Hall. "Looks like I better be careful with some of your admirers." She teased him, taking a seat next to him, noticing a lot of the newcomers were at their Slytherin table. Watching him butter his toast, she picked up her own toast and began to butter it. "Ugh." Serena complained. "That stupid Transfiguration essay has basically been my day." She said, taking a bit out of her toast. Swallowing, she turned to look at him. "What about you? Have you done it yet?" She asked. |
Alice continued to look over at the slytherin table, praying for the time when her beloved was going to appear. This was all getting very boring. Everyone around her was stuffing there faces and given the vampiress wierd expressions as she wasnt eating. |
Lelouch smiled at the attractive girl as she introduced herself. "Hermione...."He said."Such a unique and beautifull name, it suits you quite well I must say."It took a while for him to realise what he had just said and what kind of impression he probably would've made on her. He raised his hand slightly and took a small step back. "My apoligies, I didn't intend to come off as some player or something like that, really I'm nothing like that."He started getting nervous as his big mouth created an awkward situation once again for him, he blamed his odd childhood for this problem, he had never been to an actual school. "I'm gonna stop talking now, and I humbly ask you if you could just pretend this never happened." Harry had been laughing the whole time and eventually stopped to help his new friend out. He cleared his throat before he started talking. "So Hermione you seen quite hungry, why don't the three of us head down to get some breakfast." |
Edward shook his head. "Silly Bella," he said, walking into the Great hall and sitting on the Gryffindor side. He looked at the werewolves and then at Bella, sighing as the nasty stinch felled the room. "Morning, Jake, Quil," Embry smiled. He looked at Seth and Jacob. FIghting. Bickering like old couples. He laughed. "Horrible," he said to him. "I hate being the only Hufflepuff," he added. |
Bella looked at Edward as she sat down, shaking her head. 'Edward,' she moaned, before her stomach rumbled softly. Blushing, she looked at the food, grabbing some toast. 'Sorry,' she muttered before taking a bite. 'I didn't realise how hungry I was.' The blush was spreading, and she felt mortified at herself. Looking away from Edward, she allowed her hair to form a curtain between them, to hide her cheeks. Leah snarled and hit a wall as she passed it running, her feet pounding beneath her rhythmically. She could feel the warmth of the blood running down her palm as she caught her hand on the corner, but didn't stop to identify the damage. She'd be healed in a moment anyway. Stopping only when she reached the corridor the Slytherin Common Room was in, she opened her palm to look at it. Already, only a faint line could be seen, and she smiled in grim satisfaction as she entered the common room again. Throwing herself into a chair, she struggled to keep from phasing into her wolf form, taking deep breaths to calm herself. |

Biting into his toast, Draco looked thoughtful. 'Homework's been a breeze, so far. I'll show you mine after breakfast. I really don't understand why they even call it homework. It's hardly challenging.' He finished, looking disgusted. Quote:

"Hey. Are you calling me stupid?" The blonde said, pretending to be insulted. "Just because you're smart, doesn't mean you have to insult me while you're at it." She said to him. She really did seem to be in a much better mood when Draco was around. |

"Hey Quil" He muttered to his friend, before stuffing an entire egg in his mouth and then taking a bite of his sausage. For a moment, his eyes automatically scanned the Gryffindor table, to see if she was already there, pretending to have breakfast. She wasn't and after cursing under his breath for his own stupidity, Jacob went back to his breakfast. The frown on his face was pretty much permanent now. Quote:
After hearing his comment, Jacob looked back at him. He would much rather be the only one in Hufflepuff. That way he wouldn't have to deal with Leah and the smell of the two bloodsuckers in the common room. |
Alice looked up as Edward and Bella walked in. The small vampire picked up the glass of water which she had been using as a prop and wandered over to them. "You havent seen Jasper on your travels have you?" She asked as she sat down beside Edward. |
ooc: What does Sam and Carlisle do all day? Carlisle thought of his family all the way up in Hogwarts. Working in London was great but... With his family gone? Sam thought for a long while and shook his head. His pack... All the way up in London? What was he ever going to do? |
ooc: A bit late, aren't I? Sorry! Emmett Cullen dawdled about the hallways restlessly, his olive drab messenger uncomfortably a part of him. A prop he didn't really have a need for. But that's what was in fashion. A school bag. He found the whole school regime laughable. Even back in Forks. Argus Filch was also a surprisingly 'painful' experience to deal with. It seemed as Emmett's size didn't grant him any favors when he was trying to set off a stink bomb of suspend a Slytherin from the ceiling, pledging allegiance to the various hues of knickers. Needless to say Rosalie was disapproving of the long-lost teen behavior Emmett just couldn't relinquish. Needless to say, the crowd of giggling girls who took a mysterious fancy to him weren't helping the relationship. Must he get a badge with Rosalie's face on it? It's not like he wouldn't. So, he got his fix for today by stealing THE cat. Mrs. Norris was properly sedated with the force of a dead rat inside this trivial backpack. Crunching of bones clacked a rhythm to which Emmett hummed rather obnoxiously. Now, what to do with the insufferable moggy? Quote:
Nich pretended to bite into an apple, secretly cursing human food for tasting like cardboard. What was worse, syruppy foods tasted like axel grease. He blocked his disgust by hunching his husky shoulders and chuckling bitterly at the apple core he managed to ingest. There better be some wolves (of the true wolfish variety) to satiate his hunger for something other than bits and pieces of junk. Junk he used to love. When would Edward and Emmett come around? He wanted some action on the Quidditch pitch. |

Mentally kicking himself, Draco forced a carefree smirk. 'I'm too busy for that kinda stuff this year, I'm thinking. I mean, I've really got to stay focused, you know. Uphold the Malfoy honour,' He finished, looking bitter. 'What, you're finding this work difficult?' Draco asked, feigning innocence. 'B- But you should have said, I wouldn't have gloated otherwise,' He replied smoothly, a mischievious glint in his eyes. |

"Jasper! Come on!" Rosalie urged her younger brother. She wanted to see Emmett and she had no doubt that he would want to see Alice. Plus breakfast time was soon to be over, meaning they would be stuck in another boring class. At least the schedules placed most of them together. Quote:
Wincing at the sound, she heard Draco make fun of her. "Shut up." She said laughing, all previous anger gone. "At least I can admit it unlike some people who are too high up on their broomstick to say anything." She said smiling. |

"What are you looking at!?" She growled, her dark eyes narrowing into slits. |
Lelouch smiled slightly because of her words and was starting to feel a little bit more comfortable as the three of them headed to the great hall. Hermione reminded him of someone he knew a lifetime ago, she too was beautifull yet had a very bright mind, and though he had just met Hermione she had given him the impression that she was like that too. He shook his head trying to stop thinking about the persom from his past, after so many years it was still too painfull, instead he forced himself to think about something else. Harry noticed Lelouch looked a bit absent but didn't make too much of a deal about it, he thought Lelouch was probably a bit tired from sneaking around at night. "So Lelouch."He said breaking the silence."To what school did you used to go to?" |

"Sorry," his thick Russian accent falsettoed a angry bite to it as well. "I deedn't know eet voz against the rules to casually glance," he clicked his tongue and folded his brazen arms over the rippling muscles beneath his shirt. "But...vould it be forvard of me to ask vhat vould trouble a young lady so....provocatively, mmm?" He pursed his lips, gazing respectfully at her flawless visage. He was interested in the web she wove with her angry strokes if not attracted, that was a certainty. |

Hermione continued to walk down the Entrance Hall, sneaking glances at Lelouch every once in a while. Realizing what she was doing, she blushed. What was she doing? Didn't she like Ron? And here she was checking out a boy she had just met. Shaking her head, she heard Harry's question and turned her head, indicating her interest. |

"Whatever." Carly replied, rolling her eyes and turning slightly in her seat to face him. Full on eye contact was always the way to get what you want. "But in this country, watching people eat breakfast is kind of creepy, okay?" Carly told him in a snooty voice, referring to his Russian accent. She returned her attention to her breakfast and hoped the guy would leave. Where foreigner's even allowed in Hogwarts? "Four words mister: NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS." She said, spinning around at his last comment, her fierce anger quite apparent now. Why wasn't he leaving?! No one was ever gonna find out about Maura. Of that Carly was final. |
ooc: heh sorry I didn't find time to read all the plot sorry :( Thanks. Sam awoke from his bed and saw his friends scattered across the Gryffindor common room. "Hey Jake, Quil." he said, yawning. Carlisle tended many students whom already gotten injured. He was still worried with everyone, his family and how'd they fit. |

Watching her attack her breakfast, Draco placed a hand gently over hers, stilling her movements. 'You know Serena, it's something we're going to have to live with for a long time yet. Although, it won't be too bad. I've got you by my side, am I correct?' He asked, imploring her. 'Ooh, someone's woken on the wrong side of bed, have they?' Draco teased, his eyes alight, a crooked smirk edging over his mouth. 'I do like 'em feisty,' he murmured seriously, nodding his head in mock approval. Lifting his glass of pumpkin juice in his long fingers, he examined it absently, before taking a long sip, then holding it in front of him, his steel grey eyes all the while watching Serena from over the rim of the glass. |

"I am not leaving, by ze vay," he added, taking a chance on reading her thoughts. "I vas sitting here far earlier zan you. In fact, I vatched as you walked een vith this great I-got-my-knickers-in-a-wad-bite-me manner. Quite amusing, actually, love. Ditch this place and go eento acting. You can leave if you feel uncomfortable. Trust me, I am far too mature to take offense." "But it vill be you who leaves. I need to eat, after all." |
As he tried his hardest to think about something else he somewhat noticed Hermione giving him a glance, or atleast he thought she did but he could be mistaken and also he could've sword she blushed. Though he was not so arrogant to jump to conclusions but he couldn't help himself but smile slightly at the though she was blushing because of him but when he heard Harry's question he pulled himself together. He had already thought about what he was gonna say if they asked about his past and such, so he was quite ready for this. "You might've guessed from my name but I'm from France and used to live there."He said, this was the truth ofcourse but he didn't mention that this was actually over a century ago. "But I didn't go to Beauxbatons or any other school for that matter, I was homeschooled at a military base my dad used to work."He pulled his hand trough his hair before he continued his story. "Well that was until my dad passed away and my mother died while giving birth to me."He faked getting a bit emotional, and cleared his troath once before he continued once again."After that I didn't really feel like staying at the base anymore and somehow I ended up here because of British relatives." "I'm so sorry."Harry said, he thought he could identify with him a bit seeing as they were both orphans. But there sure are a lot of new students lately."He said trying to change the subject. |

Quill grinned at Sam as he came down from his bed. Finally. What a sleepy head. "Nice of you to show up Sam." Quill joked patting the empty seat next to him, for his friend to sit down. "Egg? Sausage? Toast? They eat pretty good here." He told Sam, helping himself to another piece of toast. Quote:
Well. She\'d had enough of him, honestly. Carly grabbed her bookbag and a piece of toast. And without another word she stomped off out of the Hall, taking a large bite out of her toast as she walked. Maybe she\'d get some peace out by the lake before classes started. |
