Olivia Kenning is the only daughter and pride and joy of the new Minister of Magic, Victor Kenning. She leads a charmed life in her century's old family mansion, and is a popular fixture in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but an attempted kidnapping changes her entire life.

Olivia was hand chosen to be Voldemort's last horcrux, one night, when her father was away at a convention, a couple of Death Eaters broke in and tried to kidnap her. Luckily for Olivia, she escaped from the Death eaters to the saftey of the Order.

Now, Olivia is to be sent away to the small town of Coulter,Pennsylvania, with Draco Malfoy, the ex Death Eater who has been assigned to protect her.

As Olivia and Draco try to adjust to a life cut of from the Wizarding world, will they end up putting their differences aside and maybe fall in love?

The rp will start with Draco and Olivia leaving London to go to Coulter

Victor looked down at his watch to see what time it was, the fight was going to leave in about twenty and he still didn't know where he was. "Yes, there is someone who's suppose to be going with you but I don't know where he is at the moment." He informed Olivia as he looked around the terminal.

Elle yawned as she looked over at the alarm clock next to her bed. The alarm had not gone off, but she knew she wasn't going back to sleep anytime soon. Rolling out of her nice warm bed, Elle made her way to her closet to grabbed some clothes for the new day.

It took her about twenty or so minuets for her to finish getting ready. She quickly ran down the stairs and out the door. Elle really need some coffee and something for breakfast and then to school. She took a deep breath before she put the key in the ignition. She started the car and pulled out of the long drive way and then headed for the nearest Starbucks.

Cody was having an amazing dream when suddenly his alarm clock went off. He groaned as he fell out of his nice warm bed and onto the cold warm floor. Picking himself off the ground, Cody looked around room trying to find something to wear.

It took less the ten minuets to get ready and to have some cereal for breakfast. He quickly made his way out the door and to his car. Grabbing a CD case from the glove compartment, he quickly chose Taking Back Sunday as his driving music. Starting the car and putting the CD in the CD play and then pressing play. He pulled away from the curb and then started off to school.

Kate woke up to the sound of her mother calling her name from downstairs, "Katherine! If you don't hurry and get out of bed you're going to be late!" Yelled her mother. Kate laughed to herself and got out of bed, "Alright mom, i'm up!" She said as she headed to her bathroom. She quickly applied her makeup and fixed her hair, once she was ready she headed to her closet to pick out something to wear. Kate got dressed and grabbed her keys that were on her nightstand. She headed downstairs grabbing a peice of toast. "See you later mom." She said as she kissed her mom on the cheek and ruffled her younger brothers hair. She walked outside and got in her car, once she was in she turned on some music and pulled out. She then drove herself to school, looking for familiar faces when she got there where she then saw Cody pulling in.

Quentin hit the snooze button on his alarm clock seconds after it went off and rolled back over. It was way too early to be getting up. In what seemed like moments he heard his door slam open and his little sister jumped on his bed. "Daddy says it's time to get up!" she said, jumping up and down on her knees. He looked at her and said, "Go away. And I know." As usual, she didn't listen. "Daddy says you'll be late if you don't get up now." she said with a matter-of-factly tone. He rolled his eyes and got out of bed, gently pushing her out of the room. "I'm aware." he said before closing the door. Once he finished everything that he needed to do he went downstairs and ate some cereal. His dad was already at work and Justine would be leaving to catch the bus at any moment.

Inez, like every other morning, woke up to the sound of her blasting loud stereo. She always set it to turn on at 6:30. Quickly, she rolled over and turned it down then stared up at the ceiling. School. She hated every minuet of it... Well except lunch and before school and after school. You weren't graded on how you ate your lunch. With a small sigh she rolled off her bed then went strait to her closet. She picked out a pair of jeans and a blue shirt with small white poka-dots. After changing and doing all her make up she made the bed and headed down stairs where her dad was reading the paper and her mom was making eggs. "Good morning Inez. Sleep well?" her mother asked as she set a plate of food in front of her. She nodded. "Yep." A few minuets later the phone rang and she ran to get it. "Hello?" She said. It was Quentin. "If your wanting to get starbucks you'll have to leave now." he told her. She could almost hear the smirk on his face. "Meet me there. Bye!" She hung up the phone and grabbed her back pack. "Bye mom. Bye dad!" she said before running out the door and getting in her car.

OOC ick I missed abit now didn't I, and thanks, looks like a started a trend.

It was morning and Teresa was standing in the kitchen already ready for school, she had been smart and sat out her clothes the night before. She went through her mental check list while working on her normal very healthy breakfast of two wild berry pop tarts and glass of milk. When she finished eating she stuffed her supply's in her very tattered bag , she didn't like backpacks so she used her very long strapped bag that she patched and made herself. She ran up stairs to her parents room were her mother still laid asleep her dad had already left for work, not wanting to wake her mother she gently kissed her on the check whispering "love you mom" then silently went back down stairs. She slung her bag over her shoulder and picked up her guitar case by the Handel. She looked around one last time making sure she had everything, Grabbed her keys and went outside locking the door behind her. She walked over to her car and saw a boy walking down to street. She figured he was walking to school, (she would be to if her guitar could fit in her locker but it cant obviously so she keeps it in her car at school) but she had never seen him before, course that was not uncommon anymore her subdivision was growing very quickly and new people were always moving in she smiled at the boy and did her best to wave but hardly had any hands left, her bag fell of her shoulder and she tried to get it back up but their no use she had no hands left and probably looked entirely clumsy. She blushed a little hopping this new boy had not seen that. She did her best to hold her bag up, even though it was in the middle of her arm now, while trying to unlock her car door but gave up and let the bag fall on the ground. But then a idea struck her "Hey!" she yelled at the boy as he walked passed she haden't really thought about what she was going to say "um your new aren't you, do you go to Coulter High, um cas thats were I go, I can give you a ride if you like?" she said kinda nerveouly, she was almost her that she had scared the guy half to death, I mean her she was this strang girl he didn't even know, who coulden't even wave right and was now asking him if he wanted a ride

Meanwhile...

Ms Zandria Heart Sipped on her coffee in the teachers lunge of Coulter High School. Her insides were jumping she was looking forward to the new school year, she loved seeing new faces and getting to know all of them. She also loved to see the old faces and seeing how they have changed over the summer,watching them grow up. She went over her list of students reading the names, imagining all the wonderful things they could learn about in her class

Olivia looked around the airport, "Well, who is it Dad? Do I know them already?" She asked, seemingly calm on the outside, but inside she was screaming with uncertainty. She didn't know anything, where she was going, who she was going with, how long she would be gone, and why she had to leave in the first place.

Chris whirled around as he noticed a girl trying to wave, but clearly couldn't. He walked over to her, listen to her questions. "Here, want some help with that?" he asked her, pointing to her tattered bag. "And yes, i'm new to the area, and i'm going to Coulter High. I guess if it's no trouble i'd love to get a ride, but I don't want to cause a burden to you at all." he said to her, hoping to not be in the way of anything, then again, she did kinda ask him if he wanted a ride.... and in all honest, he had no clue where this school was, he was just going to wing it.

Teresa smiled still kind of blushing at her clumsiness. " oh I think I got it now" she said as she reached down to pop the trunk. "Great" she said after hearing his response, she put her guitar in the trunk and shut it "well then welcome and of course its no burden" she then picked up her bag, opened the back door and slung it in the back seat. she turned around shutting the door. "oh by the way I'm Teresa Emen, I'm a Junior at Coulter" she said holding out her hand

By the time Inez pulled into the Starbucks, Quentin was already there. He was leaning against his black car with a smirk on his face. When she skipped over to him he finally asked, "Well what took you so long Rivera?"

She shrugged. "Traffic?" That was her biggest excuse for the days she was late to school. He just chuckled. "What?!" she said with an annoyed tone.

He shook his head. "Nothing." He glanced at the time and said, "Anyway, we're definatly going to be late if we don't hurry... Okay. Forget it. We'll be late no matter what. Come on." Inez smiled and skipped along side him as they went inside and got what they wanted.

"Meet you at school." she said happily, getting in her car.

Chris smiled to her, and watched her lug all her stuff into her car. She offered her hand, he took it in his and gently kissed the top of it, like his momma always taught him... to be a gentleman and treat ladies and girls with respect. "Pleased to meet you Teresa. My name is Chris McConikma. I'm not sure if i'll be in junior or the senior yet. he explained to her. "Where is this school anyway? I've really got no clue, guess i'll have to pay attention on this car ride." he said smiling to her, but feeling embarresed about not knowing where the school was.

Victor looked at his daughter for a moment as before speaking again. "Well he went to you school with you." he mentioned as he looked around again. Where is he ? he thought to himself as he looked over at the board with all of the departure times. "Do you really want to know who his is?" he asked trying to see if she would back way for the answer that she really wouldn't want to her.

Meanwhile

As Cody was getting out of his beat up car he heard a familiar voice from behind him. Flipping around he noticed Kate smiling at him "What are you doing?" Cody asked as he walked over to her. "Good morning." he added as he reached her.

Meanwhile again

Elle pulled into a space not to far away from the front of the school. Getting out of her car Elle grabbed her precious coffee from the cup holder. She noticed Cody and Kate and quickly headed towards them. As getting closer Elle couldn't help but smile "So are you guys going to say hi or what?" she jokingly asked.

Cody looked at down at Elle for a moment before pulling her into a bear hug. "Well of course we're going to say hi young lady." he said as he let her go. She seemed to be happy this morning and he could only hope she still wasn't mad at him about the night before.

Elle gave Cody a small smile before turning to Kate "So did you have a good summer?" she asked before taking another sip of her coffee. "And before either of you guys ask, mine was okay." she stated as she took another sip of her coffee.

Yet another meanwhile

Daniel stood in front of the white board in his classroom, he was trying to make sure that everything was ready for his first class of the day. Daniel could almost remember how he felt on the first day of school and understood how his students were feeling.

Teresa stood kind of shocked by the his action, she was sure that she was now the same color as her special edition (Red)[you know its a fundraising thing,helps fight aids in Africa] red chucks that she was wearing. "nice to meet you Chris" she said regaining herself a little "um its not to far from here, You could walk but , you just have to cross the city's main road, kind of dangerous" she said with a smile, she looked at her watch "eek!, we better get going though don't want to be late on are first day of school now do we" she said with a laugh and getting into the car

Olivia checked behind her father again and took a deep breath, "I dunno." she confessed, looking down she tried to remember if she had packed her newest copy of Teen Witch.

Draco slung his bad over his shouder as he walked through the airport, finally he spotted Victor Kenning and rushed up to him with a small smirk. "Minister." he said.

Olivia froze at the sound of his voice, but didn't look up, surely it could not be...

Chris gave a small hearty laugh. "Well for you being late might not be so bad as for me, It's my complete first day, its just your first day, see the difference?" he asked and stated jokingly. He opened her car door, and got in, buckling up his seat belt, and putting his bag on his lap. The nevousness of a new school was creeping up on him, but he refused to let himself show it.

Chris smiled. "The would be correct. I'm originaly from Australia, you couldn't tell that because I lost the acsent so fast." he said giving a bit of a smile. "So have you ever been anywhere else, or have you always been here?" he asked her, hoping to learn a bit about her.

"oh I see" Teresa said as she nodded "yeah you did lose your accent quite fast, mine went away a bit when I moved here" she smiled "yeah has to do with kind of what I just said, never lived out of the US, haven't even been out of the US on a trip, but I used to live in Kentucky" she laughed "had a pretty thick southern accent but been around here since 7th grade so it wore off, though it comes out sometimes"

Teresa laughed she smiled " I might be able to help with the school situation I have a friend that lives in England I know it not Australia but I figure the school thing is the same" she paused for a moment thinking trying to remember what her friend had said "oh yeah I think it was that like England has two less school years then us no Kindergarten and no Senior year they start school one year after us and get of one year before us, we graduate when were 18 and they graduate when they'er 17. So I think that if you were going to be in your last year at your old school then you would be a Junior here, or if you technically already graduated at your old school then your a Senior here" she said still not unsure if she got that right

Well your flight leaves in about ten minuets." he informed them as he glanced down at his watch. "Olivia how about we go over there and have a small talk ?" Victor asked hoping to get a chance to explain his decision.

Meanwhile

"My summer was okay but then again thing amazing happened." Cody stated as he looked down at Elle's coffee. "So when are you planning on letting me have a sip of that ?" he asked as he tried to grabbed the coffee from her hands. "So what classes do you guys have this year ?" he asked making an attempt at small talk.

Elle wiggled away from Cody's attempt to steal her coffee "IT'S MINE!!" she shouted like a five year old. She looked at Kate and then to Cody "I'm sorry about that and it's great you had a good summer Kate." she said as she looked down at her feet for a moment.

Kate laughed as she watched Elle and Cody bicker. "Nothing has changed between you two then, yeah?" She said laughing. "Yeah i always hate when summer ends, but hey i'm a senior now, i feel sort of important." She said as she laughed again. "Only joking, oh classes...um, i'm not sure but i know i'm taking anatomy. I've been dying to take it since i got to high school but this year was the first i could schedule it in. How about you?" She asked Cody. She figited with her undershirt as she pulled it down and pushed up her sleeves, although the summer was over, the heat didnt seem to be.

"I'm sorry kiddo I didn't mean to be sound like that, but I've made my decision and there's nothing changing my mind." he added as he pulled his daughter into a embrace. "I'm doing this to keep you safe."

Meanwhile

Cody glanced over at Kate "Nope nothings changed between the two of us." he answered back as he made another attempt to steal Elle's coffee. "I have no idea what my classes are and the reason why is I don't care." he pointed out to both of them. "But yes it's great to be a Senior." he added.

Elle made a sad puppie dog face as they both motioned the word Senior. "Umm..Exuse me but there is a Junior in this little group of our's." she couldn't help but point out. She glared at Cody who was still trying to steal her coffee "No touchie the coffee." she laughed before taking another sip.
