Olivia Kenning is the only daughter and pride and joy of the new Minister of Magic, Victor Kenning. She leads a charmed life in her century's old family mansion, and is a popular fixture in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but an attempted kidnapping changes her entire life.

Olivia was hand chosen to be Voldemort's last horcrux, one night, when her father was away at a convention, a couple of Death Eaters broke in and tried to kidnap her. Luckily for Olivia, she escaped from the Death eaters to the saftey of the Order.

Now, Olivia is to be sent away to the small town of Coulter,Pennsylvania, with Draco Malfoy, the ex Death Eater who has been assigned to protect her.

As Olivia and Draco try to adjust to a life cut of from the Wizarding world, will they end up putting their differences aside and maybe fall in love?

The rp will start with Draco and Olivia leaving London to go to Coulter

Olivia ignored Annabelle, she wasn't shocked at all to see that she was in league with Liam. She jutted her chin out and glared at him, "I said, get the hell away from me." For the first time in her life, Livvy wasn't worried about anything, she was rollin with the punches. The way she saw it, as soon as Voldemort returned, she would be killed, there was no way anyone would find her there, chained in a dark basement. She had resigned herself to the fact that she was going to die, but that still didnt stop her from wanting to give Liam the worst couple of hours of his life.

Liam tossed a smile at Annabelle, but when he heard footsteps on the floor above them, he jumped up, rushing to her side. "That's him." he whispered to her, "Stay with Olivia, he wont want her down her unsupervised. I'll be back in a minute."

Annabelle clutched at Liam's shirt as he walked away from her. Pulling him back she wrapped herself around him and kissed him desperately. She was suddenly terrified. Lord Voldemort was waiting upstairs. She had heard the horrors he had inflicted- and she was sure she was about to witness it first hand. When she pulled away her eyes bore into his- demanding he be careful.

Liam reeled slightly from the force of Annabelle's kiss. He knew that she was afraid, and he didnt blame her, she had never met the Dark Lord in person, or come close for that matter. He murmered for her to stay there and watch Olivia before he walked up the stairs.

Peter Pettigrew stood still, his hands folded and his nose twitching. "Liam. You have the girl? Well done. He will be pleased."

Liam raised an eyebrow, "He's not here then?" he felt his heart sink back into his chest, now he could breathe. "When is he coming?"

Annabelle watched him go, still terrified. She glanced into the corner where Olivia was huddled, and her terror slowly turned into satisfaction. Walking over to the girl Annabelle nudged her with a toe. Then to vent off some of the pent of feelings she sneered. "So. How do you feel now? Nice an comfy? Waiting for dear Draco to come and rescue you? You better make sure you really are comfortable- because that will take forever."

Olivia shrugged, she didnt care what Annabelle had to say. "You had better hope he doesnt" she replied, not even bothering to look at her, "Because then your sweet little Liam will be fried. You as well most likely." She didnt care anymore, obviously she was still hoping that Draco would find her, but how could he? There was no way for him to know where she was, or was there. It was worth a shot anyway. She pretended to examine the fabric of the couch as she wracked her brain trying to open the link between their minds. "Draco? Can you hear me?" she asked.

Lucius shrugged, "He was held up back at the Ministry, apparently Kenning knows about his daughter and when I left, they were engaged in a duel."

Liam crossed his arms, "And you have come to babysit me? I can handle myself here, I did after all, do obviously better than your son."

I changed it to Lucius cause its more fun lol

Annabelle's eyes narrowed, "Fried? That's a little hard to imagine. Especially with the Dark Lord on our side. I think Draco will be doing the frying." Annabelle heard voices from above- voices that were definately not Liam and Voldemort. With one last look at Olivia, Annabelle headed out the door and sprinted up the stairs. "Liam?" She called out.

Draco was pacing in the entrance, still utterly lost as to what to do. When something gently probed his mind. "Olivia?" He started. "Are you there? Where are you??"

Lucius sneered, "My son is utterly lost trust me, its doubtful that he will make the connection between Olivia and this house." He looked at the girl through slitted eyes, "Who is this?"

Liam smiled at Annabelle when she came up, but he was sort of disappointed that she wasnt downstairs with Olivia still. "False alarm." he said quietly

Olivia thought she was just imagining Draco's voice, but she gave it another shot, "I dont know where I am." she said, "Chained in some basement. Where are you?" she added almost desperately.

Annabelle sneered at Malfoy, remembering who his son was. But his words made her remember something that Draco had said. Something like "My father and I haven't seen each other for years. Probably almost 3 years. And I'm going to keep it that way." She relaxed at looked over at Liam and nodded. Ignoring Lucius's questions, she said, "Olivia's still downstairs. There's no way she's escaping from there. Now we just have to wait for the Dark Lord."

Draco let out an audible sigh of relief. Then went back into panic mode. "Whose there with you? Where is it? Is it familiar at all? Can you remember anything about how you got there? Did LIam say why he took you there? How could you be so stupid Olivia! I told you to leave him alone!"

Liam looked at Lucius and then Annabelle, "This is Annabelle." He replied, "She helped me with my assignment, she distracted your son. Not very bright that boy."

Olivia gritted her teeth, "Now is not the time to start a fight Draco. I can hear them talking upstairs, Voldemort is on his way. If I survive this, then you can yell at me." She looked around the room it did have a bit of a familiar feel to it. If only she could get up and look around a little. "I dont know what Liam said when we got here, I hit my head on the wall or something." she added, feeling herself reach up and touch the gash that was on her forehead, it had stopped bleeding at least. She craned her neck to see if she could see anything familiar about the basement. Then she saw a box and leaned over the arm of the couch, stretching her arm to grab at it. She took a tumble off of the couch, the chains twisted and dug into her arms. She cursed under her breath and reached out for an old picture frame, hoping that no one had heard her. "Draco!" she said suddenly, feeling as if this was too good to be true. "I know where I am!" she said. Just as Liam grabbed her arm.

Liam had heard the thump of Olivia falling and immediately ran down the stairs, cursing Annabelle for leaving her. He grabbed her up and tossed her back onto the couch, noting that she was gripping a broken picture frame. "Figured it out did you? A fat lot of good it will do. Draco is too thick to realize you are in the house your mother took you when your father was away." He grabbed the picture from her hand and started back up the stairs.

Draco grimaced and said, "Whatever- where are you!?" He listened to her ramble, then he could feel her fall. That was wierd- he had never been able to interpret physical feelings through a mind link before. "Olivia?" He called out, not even aware that he was talking out loud now. Then her voice changed, she was elated and relieved. She knew where she was! Then suddenly there was a sharp pain in her arm, and the connection was gone. "OLIVIA!" he yelled. Then he yelled a curse. LIAM.

Olivia mimicked Liam's voice in a high pitched squeal and stuck out her tongue as he walked off. "Jerk." she said to herslef, while rubbing her arm. Then, when his words had sunk in, she felt her heart beating faster. Quickly she tried to reconnect with Draco, but she couldnt get through, he wasnt concentrating on her, and he didnt fell her trying to reach him. She cursed under her breath, hoping that he would find some picture or something and piece it together.

Liam rolled his eyes as he returned upstairs, taking his place beside Annabelle, "That girl is going to be the death of me." he mumbled. Suddenly there was a shooting pain up his arms and he clutched it as the door to the old country house slammed open. Lord Voldemort stood in the doorway, illuminating the room with moonlight. "You have the girl?" he asked, his eyes gleaming.

Draco was seething- thinking of all the ways he was going to torture Liam when he finally got his hands on him. But then he realized that he wasn't getting anything done just standing there. He took a few calming breaths and then reached out to Olivia again, "Livvy?" He called forcefully. "Quick, where are you!?"

Annabelle was just reaching out to touch Liam, to comfort him, when the door swung open and a blast of cold night air hit her back. She spun around and found her self staring into the skull-like, nightmarish face of Lord Voldemort.

Liam only nodded, not trusting himself to speak, Lord Voldemort stared him down, as if waiting for him to mess up so he could hex him, "Yes sir." he answered, clutching Annabelle's hand, "She's in the basement." He turned abruptly and held the door open, following after Lord Voldemort as he walked down the stairs.

Olivia heard the door open at the same time she heard Draco's voice, at first she was sure she had imagined it, and she sort of pushed it aside as she waited to see who was coming. Her heart, that used to be beating so fast she was sure everyone could hear, suddenly stopped and fell into her stomach when she saw Lord Voldemort. She tried to form a sentence to Draco in her mind, but all she could concentrate on were the dark hypnotic eyes of the man who wanted her dead, and he train of thought stopped there.

Lucius Malfoy smirked, "My Lord." he started, "I assure you no one will find us here, this house has not been occupied for 16 years." His eyes turned to Olivia, and he laughed at the obvious fear in her eyes, "However, there is one person who may or may not know where we are."

Voldemort turned to Lucius slowly, "Who? he asked.

"My son." Lucius said, with a slight roll of his eyes, "But you need not to worry about the boy, he is useless."

Annabelle clutched at Liam's hand as they walked down the stairs. Her eyes were fixed on the snake-like figure in front of her. She was terrified that he would turn around and she would be forced to look into those slit-like eyes again. She could feel her back-bone practically melting.

Draco could feel Olivia's concentration slipping, and with a desperate grab he searched for any hint of a memory or thought that would be useful. He saw a house, he saw a flash of a young girl following her mother up the road to the big house, and he saw a flash of a sign post. Triumph glinted in his eyes, and he burst into the room to his right- the study.

Voldemort turned to look at Lucius, "Go make sure he has no way of finding us." he demanded, suddenly ignoring him completly, he turned his attention back to Olivia, and smiled, "Now my dear, I am sure you know why you are here?" he asked.

Olivia couldn't speak, she seemed to have lost the ability while her eyes were fixed on Voldemort. Her only hope now was Draco, and she couldnt concentrate on him enough to talk to him, even to call out for help. She shook her head mutely at his question, she had been wondering why she was wanted in the first place.

Voldemort took a step closer to her, pulling his wand from his robes, "Its a detailed little procedure, one I assure you I have mastered by now, but that doesnt mean it wont hurt." he replied, his eyes gleaming as he watched her face drain of blood.

Lucius apparated to the steps of the Kenning's house, and found that the door was already open, he walked into the house quietly, he was sure that his would be the first place his son would come.

Draco tore through the desk, looking for something useful. Then finally he found it. A letter from Olivia's mother to their housekeeper. It read,

Dear Herta,

We're staying at the house on Willow Lane for a few more days. Olivia is enjoying it so much I just can't seem to tear her away from it. I know Mr. Kenning won't be home for another week so it's up to you to watch the house until our return. Don't do anything to crazy..

Draco whipped around whispered 'Willow Lane, point me.' to his wand. He watched the wand whiz around and then whispered 'guide me' And turned on the spot. He apparated on a small lane outside of a huge house.

Voldemort pressed the tip of his wand to her forehead and closed his eyes, mumbling an incantation under his breath. His eyes flew open when he heard a small noise upstairs. "You boy." he said to Liam, "Go see what that is." he said.

Liam ran up the stairs as fast as his legs could carry him, and suddenly came face to face with Draco, "What are you doing here Malfoy?" he asked.

Draco watched as Liam came flying out the front doors. He snorted derisively when Liam stopped to chit chat, and instead whipped out his wand and hexed him. As Liam fell to the ground- the full body bind curse that was Draco's specialty taking effect- Draco sped off and around the outside of the house. He needed speed, and luck if he was going to get through this alive. In a moment of inspiration, he remember the Minister. He sent a quick message to him for back up, and waited for him to arrive with the aurors.

Voldemort stood at Olivia's side, pressing the cold tip of his wand to her temple. He closed his eyes and started whispering incantations silently.

Olivia closed her eyes as she felt a ripple of pain spread through her body. She didnt think it was going to hurt much like this, but it was starting to become unbearable. She pressed her lips together, but refused to cry, she wouldnt give any of them the satisfaction.

Viktor received Draco's message quickly, he was surprised that the boy had found his daughter, until then he had been shocked that he had even trusted him. But as soon as he went to apparate, he was hit square in the back of the head with a stunning spell. So much for the requested backup.

ooc: I hate you. Now i'm supposed to get draco into a room with, Lucius, Annabelle, and LORD. VOLDEMORT. and rescue Olivia without dying? I'm not that creative!!!!

Draco searched the side of the house for the window that he had seen when he had seen Olivia. It had been a basement, and there was a window. He searched the side and peered into a window. Empty. He looked in the next one. The only thing in his line of vision was a shelf. He moved onto the next one, and stepped back in shock. Voldemort was standing over a trembling Olivia, his wand pressed to her forehead. He was too absorbed in his incantations to see Draco, but there was no way Draco would be able to get in there.

Voldemort heard a rustling outside and looked up, his concentration broken. When he didnt see Liam, he frowned, "You girl. Go see what is happening." he said to Annabelle, he was not about to take any chances and leave his work undone.

Olivia balled her hands into fists as the pain grew worse. She had learned about this in class, but she never knew how incredibly and intricately painful it was. She could actually feel her soul ripping apart.

Annabelle nodded, and turned to swiftly walk up the stairs. She paused and glaced back at the room half way up, and thought she saw something at the window but when she looked closer it was gone. Frowning she moved up the stairs. The door at the end of the hallway, she followed it and ended up outside.

Draco looked into the room again quickly. He fleetingly saw Annabelle going up the stairs. 'She's going for Liam' He thought. He took off to the front of the building. Just as he rounded the front Annabelle stepped outside. Their eyes locked and they raised there wands simultaneously. He sent another full-body bind curse at her before she could respond.

Annabelle flicked her wand up and deflexed the curse, then sent a stunning spell at Draco.

Draco ducked as the spell grazed the top of his head, and sent another stunning spell at Annabelle.

Annabelle dodged the spell, but didn't see the other one Draco had shot in her direction. It hit her directly in the chest, and she fell to the ground. Completely still.

Draco stood, contemplating whether he should go into the room and try to get Olivia out by himself, or wait for the reinforcements.

Try as she might, Olivia could no longer hold back the pain, it was causing her head to spin, and she could see nothing but black spots before her eyes. She screamed as loud as she could, releasing all that she had tried to hold back, her mother's death, all of her fake friends, and even seeing Draco with Annabelle. All of these images flashed in her mind as she blacked out.

It was getting closer. He could feel it. Soon the process would be finished, and he would be the winner.

Draco heard Olivia's scream and started to run toward the house. But he stopped himself realizing that he couldn't just go blowing into a room with Lord Voldemort in it, and expect to make it out alive. Especially when Voldemort wanted him dead so badly. But if Voldemort thought Draco had..... Draco smirked. It would be incredibly difficult to pull off, and he hated to do it, but..

"Imperio" He whispered and pointed it at the to still bodies at his feet. They rose up and stood looking blankly at him. 'Look alert.' He thought and twitched his wand. They snapped to attention. 'Now walk..' They walked ahead of him and into the house.

When they made it into the basement Liam said, "Look who we found outside.."

Draco stepped out from behind him and said, "Good. You found her. I'm glad. I was hoping it would work out this smoothly. I wasn't sure if that mudblooded Muggle-lover we get to call our Minister, would get in the way or not. I'm pleased to see he didn't." Draco bowed low to Voldemort, praying he would be killed while his eyes were on the floor.

Pain woke her up, but she was still pushed back on the couch, she didnt know if she could get up. But when she heard Draco's voice, she pushed herself up on the balls of her hands. He was in league with Voldemort the entire time? After she had trusted him? And even fallen in love with him? At that moment she wished Voldemort would just hurry and finish her off, she really didnt care anymore.

Voldemort narrowed his eyes, "Draco." he said softly, "I knew you would see the error of your ways and come back to me." he said, an evil smile spreading on his lips. "You have done very well." he added, looking over at Olivia, "Once I finish this I will reward you." he promised. When he noticed that Olivia had woken, he flicked his wand at her, sending her into convulsions with the Crutitus Curse. (sp?)

Olivia stuggled to remain in her sitting position, as she glared at Draco even though the pain of the curse. If he didnt even care for her, why should she? "I hate you." she said to him.
