Rae stepped out into the sunshine and blinked at her eyes adjusted to the light. "It's really a beautiful day, isn't it?" She held tight to Professor Branxton's hand as they headed down the street.

"Yes, it is. That's one of the reasons I walked here from the Ministry. It seemed a shame to be cooped up inside all day," he replied, taking the hand he held in his other hand and placing it on his arm instead. He placed his hand over hers and continued walking down the street.

"You still want ice cream?" he asked, a bit confused and pausing in front of the shop. "I could get you some if you wanted it but, the restaurant does have quite a fine selection of desserts."
