James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley) have recently been nominated among many others, for a place on the Birmingham Walk of Stars. With 117 votes and an average rating of 9.1, the twins are slowly working their way up along the list of nominees, which includes bands such as Duran Duran and UB40. Also on the list is Harry Potter actress, Julie Walters who plays Mrs. Weasley in the films. Julie follows the Phelps twins with an average rating of 7.9.

The criteria for nomination is as follows:

The Birmingham Walk of Stars, Broad Street, honours those people who have made a significant contribution in the categories of music, television, film, radio, theatre, sport, business and literacy.

The criteria for nomination is the star(s) must have made a recognisable impact in their specialist category, performed at one of Birmingham's major venues, including the International Convention Centre (ICC), National Indoor Arena (NIA), Symphony Hall and The REP theatre, or be originally from the area or have prominent links with Birmingham and the Midlands.
