Video: Tom Felton arrives in Japan to promote Half-Blood Prince (UPDATED)
Actor Tom Felton announced on his Twitter page that he had arrived in Japan earlier today to promote Half-Blood Prince. Tom also released a photo of himself with a fan banner he received upon exiting the local airport, which can be seen here:
Also, a tentative schedule of the premieres Tom will be attending in Tokyo and Osaka has been revealed:
• Tom will be attending the Tokyo premiere on Saturday, August 1st, at Marunouchi Piccadilly movie theatre at 10:00a.m. Japan local time; he will have the chance to greet the audience after the screening, as well. Tom will move to Nagoya and will later attend a screening at the Midland Square Cinema theatre at 8:00p.m.
• The next day, Sunday the 2nd, Tom will head to Osaka's Namba ParksCinema theatre for the sixth Harry Potter film's local premiere. Tom will greet the audience before the screening, at 2:30p.m Japan local time, and afterwards, at 5:55p.m.
Tom will also partake in numerous interviews during his time there; we will cover his promotion of the film all weekend, so stay tuned.
