why would he have to compete with dan? Dan and rupert are both pretty good actors. I don't see why he should feel like he has to compete him.

I agree. This movie looks amazing. & I think that Ruppert looks amazing in it.

No Offense to anyone fav. But,I have always thought that he had the most PURE talent out of the trio. Yeah yeah Yeah daniel is the star & has more face time in & out of harry Potter. & yes, RON is written in the sidekick manor. But, his delivery & Body Language is always spot on ( Like I said, I think he is the best Natural Actor of the 3).

For me also it seems that Ruppert is comfortable in his own skin. & Doesn't seem to have to PROVE himself. Diving lessons I have always seen on Cable toward the end of the movie so, I coudn't get a real feel for it( Never seen the entire movie) But, just from the small clip of this movie. He looks like that he had Jumps bounds in his acting( appearence) & Dealing with what REAL teenagers deal with in everday life. & I think also not in it for the shock vaule just to get everyone talking. This movie looks like one of those Dark Arty Indie Movies that has very little budget, great acting & no big massive stars. But, it does have a great Story, & great acting to go with it. Is there any release date on this movie.

I think he did it because he wants to be an actor and therefore has to broaden his horizons before graduating from Harry Potter.
