Video: Harry Potter series honoured at 2011 Teen Choice Awards, wins seven awards The Harry Potter series was honoured at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, where the cast and final films, Deathly Hallows: Part 2 won several awards, including best fantasy film. Tom Felton and Rupert Grint were on hand at the ceremony in Los Angeles in Sunday evening, and with the aid of Daniel Radcliffe via satellite in New York City, accepted the seven awards on behalf of the finale, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Parts 1 and 2. They deserve those awards and so many more. The past 10 years have changed their lives for certain, but they've changed the fans' lives as well. Thank you, J. K. Rowling and all the actors and crew members. |

Congrat's,even though I kinda dislike this Award Show (not just since this Year) and don't forget Rupert wasn't even nominated,what everyone seems to forget and I won't say anything about the Kiss Award,just no.And I hope noone comes with this Twilight/Harry Potter Thing again,it's really annoying :/ I can't wait for the Photos,I love them more than these Teen Awards :) |
I was so happy to see how well HP did, I must say I almsot didn't want to watch because I feared that things would go like they usually does and was thrilled when they annoinced HP and it's cast several times over, congrats to all of them, they're really going to end these amazing years with a bang. |
I voted for this (even though I'm not a teen-gasp!) so it could win all the awards (making up for the monstrosity that was the MTV Awards). Deserving and fitting for the end! :D |
Romine.. I DO agree with you that the kiss award is unfortunate. It really should have been Emma Watson/Rupert Grint. I was confused when I saw that too. |

It's about time they won a bunch of these awards. They have deserved it every year but never won. I am hoping the academy awards do something special for them this year too. Jeez 10 years on "one" project is an accomplishment. Especially when it's stars grew up on the whole thing and turned out to be decent human beings. GO HARRY POTTER GANG!!!!! |

Yay!! Congrats to all the winners. I'm so glad that they beat out Twilight this year. They deserve the win after working so hard for the last 8 years. Way to go. I'm especially glad that Tom Felton won for Best Villain altho' it's hard to consider him one especially when he's such a nice guy in person. I guess that makes him a really good actor:-) |
