also two things: one-- this has got to be like an audition tape for the Flash/ Supergirl musical. i mean come on, the entire DCTV cast members for Arrow, Flash, Legends and Supergirl are all musically inclined. and then Tom joins them this season. like hello! BERLANTI ARE YOU LISTENING?? CROSS OVER MUSICAL NOW!

secondly-- and this gave me chills, but it suddenly hit me how Tom would be perfect to be Bert the Chimney Sweep guy from Mary Poppins, you know the one played by Dick Van Dyke? i mean seriously i think he can pull it off.

At first it looked like Draco Malfoy at his low point... Or what his father would think. Lol you sure wouldn't see Draco Malfoy running around playing guitar and singing in muggle Vancouver, Canada in the rain.

These video showed how he really is I think. Not a care in the world at who is around him and I love it. I'm surprised no one recognized him, but lots of people seemed like they wants to get out of the rain and weren't really looking at him.
