Timothy Spall (Peter Pettigrew aka Wormtail) recently gave an interview to Celebs magazine in which he briefly spoke about his role in Harry Potter and the fame it has brought him. Quote: Celebs: Lemony Snicket is the second children's film you've done recently - the other being Harry Potter. How do you feel about having young fans?
Timothy: I don't know. I'm frightening to children. I remember being a kid, and when they meet someone they either like them or they don't. They're so uncluttered by baggage of any preconception that it's a delight when a kid tells you they like you.
When kids come up and ask me if I'm Peter Pettigrew from Harry Potter, they have a very strange look in their eyes, a mixture of fear and fascination and horror, as if I'll morph into the rat again. In fact, I'm far prettier as the rat.

Timothy: I used to be able to go to America and be totally anonymous, but I can't do that any more. Ever since Harry Potter, people keep looking at me like they know me. It's odd being well-known.

LOL That's actually hilarious. I would have never recognized him as Mr. Poe in ASOUE had I not been checking out a fansite. So obviously he's still slightly unrecognizable... at least in make-up.
