"If I achieve nothing else in my career, at least after playing Malfoy and Hook, when it's time for my daughter to go to school, she should get a good seat at the dinner table.
"Not too many five-year-olds will want to pick on the daughter of Captain Hook. In fact, I might keep the costume to frighten off unsuitable boyfriends too!"

This sounds just like something my husband would say/do. We don't even have any kids, yet and he's brainstorming ideas for how to frighten off our daughters' boyfriends (he was taking notes during "Meet the Parents").

Fortunately I've only ever had one boyfriend (I'm married to him) and even then, I met him at college so my Dad never had the chance to scare him away

He's a good dad... looking out for his daughter like that!!
Trying to scare possible boyfriends....lol. I guess mine would do the same...any father would. But she's only 5 (i'm guessing) so he has a long time to wait.

I just saw some scenes from PP for the first time yesterday, it looks really cool. And Jason Isaacs looks fantastic as Hook, he is one of my favorite villains (Hook) with his extreme fear of clocks, lol. And Mr. Isaacs is a great actor.

He's so funny! It's true, he's like, always the bad guy. In The Patriot, too. I hated him so much in that movie, but his character, 'cause he seems like such a cooly guy in real life. The ones who seem mean are usually nicest, kinda like my dad, you'd think he's all serious and has no sense of humour, until he plays a practical joke on you....
