Post R.A.B. identified?
According to Nimbus.com, Isabel Nunez, the Portuguese translator for the Harry Potter books, stated that J.K. Rowling told her that R.A.B. is Regulus Arcturus Black. Nunez says that she only requested to know the sex of R.A.B. for grammatic reasons, but that Jo not only told her the character was male but gave her his name as well.

IF Jo actually told her she had to of known it would get out so it had to be something that she deemed insignifigant to the upcoming book. Hello guys she did create the character Rita Skeeter. She had to of known that it would be leaked especially telling it to a journalist/translator. That's even if she had said anything about it at all. I'm still a little wary about it being Regulus in the first place. I'll wait to see if it comes up in the rumors paper on JK's site.
