[img]http://www.snitchseeker.com/images/news/knight_bus_80.jpg' align='middle'> PoA debuts in China next week - Movie bonanza hits China Summary:
Competition for the movie dollar will be fierce next week as Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is released in China. Article:
Finally! It was originally scheduled to hit Chinese cinemas on September 10, but has has been delayed until the 20th -- a National Holiday.
The postponement to late September leads to a battle of 3 blockbusters during the holiday period, as PoA also opens across the country with "2046," and Jackie Chan's latest hit "New Police Story" on the 24th. China View |

At one point they were going to ban it so Chinese fans should count themselves lucky they're getting it at all!

COOL!! I know China will love it because it's really GOOD! Also, PoA is currently ranked the 15th best grossing film of all time with CoS 7th and SS is ranked 2nd. The best thing is that PoA isn't even finished yet not including when the DVD comes out, can't wait till November when we can buy the DVD!!! I miss PoA even though I went to see over 13x. :sorcerer:

Yay!
But I'm sure the bad wouldn't have kept people in China from getting coppies of it. Still, it's nice to see it on the big screen.

poa will be so dubbed. I wonder how it'll sound If you have the PS/SS DVD.... they have a sample of a scene with Hagrid, Harry, Ron and Hermione walking outside talking about the 3-headed dog with several different languages/voices..... check it out!
