| | | Page interviews Dan! - Download avaliable Summary:
Page, from DanRadcliffe.co.uk, has been given permission to put up her full interview with Dan. Article: Page interviews Dan!
Page, from DR.co.uk, reports; Quote: I'm finally able to load my interview with Dan which took place during my visit to London on Monday, May 10th. Not all of the questions are new ones, however, there are a few nice tidbits included. I was particularly "moved" by his surprise regarding the success of the Mind Reading DVD by Human Emotions and expressed it was wonderful news that it had been received so well by teachers and children. A link to the transcript is below as well as a download of the sound file of our interview. I'm sure you'll want to download it and hear Dan's voice!!
I also had the pleasure of meeting David Heyman, the producer of the Harry Potter films which was a wonderful surprise as well. David, it was nice meeting you briefly. I'd like to thank Alan Radcliffe, Dan's father for the kind compliments regarding my work and the website. He was also kind enough to show me a wall in Dan's dressing room in which Dan has every single one of his pictures with the Make-A-Wish children whom he's met. In Alan's words, "this is what keeps it real" for Dan, Alan said. It was emotional for me to see that but what a wonderful gift for those children provided by Make A Wish! He mentions scuba diving training for the underwater scenes and anticipates filming the maze scene in GoF. This is where you can read the interview and here (right click save target as) is where you can listen to an audio of the interview.
Enjoy and thanks heaps to Page. She rules!

I've started reading it because the download is taking forever. This is a great interview though. I can't wait to hear it.

that was cool. I wish he knew weather or not if he is going to do all the movies. Though I know that it is a lot to ask of a 15y/o I guess we'll find out over the next three or four years.

Autism is a like a mental thing (think Rain man with Tom Cruise) A person who is autistic may shut out the world because they cant deal with all of the stimuli. Autistic people are also sometimes genius' They may not be able to speak to you or deal with you but give them a piano and they can play really complicated music. :/

People who have Autism cannot, or do not (experts aren't really sure), express their emotions. They kind of lock themselves away from everyone. No one knows why, but it happens to people generally when they are very young. It's very sad.
It's difficult to explain autism, mostly because scientists don't really understand it. Probably the best way of thinking of it is to think of someone taking all of their emotions and intelligence and putting that in a bottle and stopping it up. Every once in a blue moon, something escapes, but for the most part everything is locked inside.
