Post LEGO unveils 6000+ piece Harry Potter full Hogwarts Castle set, releasing in August

LEGO revealed their comprehensive 6000+ piece Hogwarts Castle set, releasing at the end of August. The model measures at measures over 22” (58cm) high, 27” (69cm) wide and 16” (43cm), and will feature all Hogwarts Houses (and Founders), various classrooms, the Great Hall, and of course numerous characters including Harry, Ron, and Hermione.

The retail prices for the LEGO Hogwarts Castle is $399.99 USD.






The iconic Hogwarts™ Castle has been reimagined as a detailed microscale LEGO® Harry Potter™ Hogwarts™ Castle featuring over 6000 pieces, available exclusively from LEGO Stores and shop.lego.com/Hogwarts from 15th August, 2018. Discover the intricate details hidden inside the chambers, towers and classrooms of Hogwarts as well as plenty of other hidden features ready for discovery.

First introduced in 2001, LEGO Harry Potter was extremely popular with fans of all ages. This year, the theme has been reintroduced with all new sets, with the LEGO Harry Potter™ Hogwarts Castle™ being the largest of them all. The Castle features the Great Hall complete with specially created buildable stained-glass windows, as well as the house banners that adorn the walls of the hall during the grand banquets. Recreate fan favourite Harry Potter scenes including facing off against the mighty Basilisk and destroying Tom Riddle’s diary.

Explore Hagrid’s Hut complete with Aragog the Acromantula before venturing out to the Whomping Willow, featuring a buildable flying Ford Anglia car stuck in its spinning branches. This set comes with 27 microfigures including: Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and Albus Dumbledore and many of your other favourite characters from the Wizarding World.

The LEGO Hogwarts Castle measures over 22” (58cm) high, 27” (69cm) wide and 16” (43cm) deep making this a truly grand model of the legendary Hogwarts Castle. You can attend a Defence Against the Dark Arts class with Dolores Umbridge and take on a Boggart as part of your Hogwarts experience. Step inside Professor Dumbledore’s office, head to the memory cabinet and view your memories from the Pensieve.

Oh, how we drift away from our friends. And the ones back home play remember when

I am stunned at the sheer amount of detail that is incorporated in the LEGO Hogwarts Castle. I think this may be something for the avid LEGO collectors, though I think children will have fun with it.

Really awesome set, with loads of detail. Has anyone got some of the 2022 ones like Sirius’s Rescue or Dumbledore’s Office?
