Car Pages recently conducted a survey among kids to find out what feature they'd like to see in a car. They've posted the results up on their website and have found that most kids want cars to fly like the Ford Anglia in Chamber of Secrets. Quote:
Boring old adults may half heartedly discuss flight as a possible next step in personal transportation, but to children, many of whom have grown up with the Harry Potter phenomenon, it’s never in any doubt: when asked: "If your car could do anything, what would it do?" an overriding number (43%) wanted it to be able to fly.

I don't think that a a flying car is very far off. With all the technology we have today. a flying car should be a walk in the park.

Aaw that's so cute. I'd love to have a flying car. But correct me if I'm wrong, I swore I was on TV...a plane that like turns into a car or you can drive it and fly it. I don't know. That's what I saw I'm just explaining it really bad!!
