I can't help but wonder if he's trying to mooch off of JK's success. but who knows... maybe it'll be a book worth reading.

I bought the book yesterday at borders (dang that thing was expensive). I havn't read it yet but I'm aware of the basic plot line and it seems interesting, im guessing you have to know your history facts though.

Never read it, but I heard about it on the news...they say the antagonist in the book makes Lord Voldemort look like a fluffy little 'muppet'...LOL...must be a really darl novel if they compare You-Know-Who to a muppet!

Gosh.... Magic and wizards and such are just so darn popular now days. Sounds interesting. I'd like to read it. I love HP... So something along the lines of it, but more intense and "adult like" sounds great.

Sounds like a great book. I love history, magic and wizards so I'll try and find it at our local bookstore. Not that I expect they sell it around here. Hardly any fantasy books are sold here. Only HP and a few others. I guess I'll also check out amazon. hehe

To be fair, it's critics who've labelled it as an adult Potter, not the author.

- The book should be avaliable on Amazon or else in Waterstones.

I've been waiting to get my hands on a copy since it appeared in the papers two weeks back.....

So I dont' think she tryign to mooch JK's success. She infact was quoted saying that she promised not to read the Potter series until she finishes writing her own book......
