Katie Couric previously announced on her show that she was to interview J.K.Rowling.
The interview is scheduled to be aired on the week of the ' Half-Blood Prince' release, on either the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
However, a different source claimed that the interview would air on July 18th, so nothing is official yet.
A Harry Potter themed week will feature on the 'Today' Show starting on July 11th.

I guess that it would be re-scheduled around the release of the HBP. I suppose that it brings more publicity round the publish date and it will be must see tv due to the many fans who are impatiently waiting for the book. | |
