As if I could avoid anything with the word 'spoilers' >_< xP

I had read about the Swedish one a while ago, but the Turkish one is really intriguing.

OdiSSe 05-29-2007 05:36 PM

Oh My god! Turkish title is pretty weird when it sounds in Turkish, I won't be able to get used to it but... takdis means very deep indeed. Especially when it's referred to Harry. Anyway I'll just shut up. >_<

Katieluff 05-29-2007 05:51 PM

Woah! They are both really articulate titles so I have no idea what they mean! :P

I've said it once, I've said it twice and I'll say it again: I don't like the Portuguese translations. There. *spanks the translators*

Is it just me or the titles give away a bit toooo much? =/

cool!!

lunatic 05-29-2007 09:43 PM

The Turkish title must be "Ölümcül Takdisler", because Hallows is plural. I think that this unofficial translation (which was published in a newspaper) is wrong. When I was writing news of this title in my site, I had translated the title as "Ölümcül Kutsamalar", Takdis means Kutsama, they mean the same thing.
