J.K. Rowling's official website updated today, May 15th, marking Head of Hufflepuff House and Herbology Professor Pomona Sprout's birthday. Professor Sprout is portrayed by actress Miriam Margolyes in the Harry Potter series, including the final parts of Deathly Hallows.
