Got my validation e-mail/letter. For the record, it just took 15 minutes to reach my mail. ThornSky10 here, btw. :hello:

did you enter quill.pottermore.com/112 or www. pottermore .com/112

Entering www. before pottermore would lead you to an invisibility page but as you said you were directed to the homepage. This might be a longshot but did you checkd if the registration was already closed?

It's tough if you keep missing your "window" of opportunity.....but I took a swig of "Felix Felicius", and now I'm proud to announce that I'm WolfWizard171!

I wonder how they decided what random words to make usernames out of. I can understand the mythical/magical terms but not all the usernames seem typical like that.

i put in quill.pottermore.com/112

and actually, it was bizarre cuz people started saying that the registration was closed so i typed in quill.pottermore.com/112 a couple more times after to see if it was closed and it kept on taking me to the pottermore website but the clue was still up. eventually, the closed page came up though...

Aww I'm sorry! I was frustrated because I was on the Sony site but the quill wasn't there until I reloaded about twenty times. Good Luck tomorrow though! To be quick about it I copied the web address so all i had to do was paste in the browser then type the answer.

It works for being anonymous and protecting innocent minds from reading unpleasant usernames... plus we can create groups where were all Draconis or Patronuses or Snitches >.<

Exactly my thoughts. I was deciding between AsphodelLight, CloakNiffler and ThornSky...I just wanted mine different I guess..but thinking about it -- it's not quite connected to the HP World.

Y does it keep saying an invisibility cloak is over the page when i typed in the correct answer, it wouldnt let me go any further, can anyone help? :(

You mean you type in 112 behind pottermore(dot)com? Or quill(dot)pottermore(dot)com?

Awww I'm sorry. :console:

Also, I'm pretty sure the time it remains open is related to how fast the open positions fill up. I think. :erm:

Well I'm thinking that it could be your browser... it didn't redirect you to the next page so maybe next time try another browser... or even disable adblock might help (it happens to me sometimes especially now with HTML5). Also thinking that it could be that the registration was already close but the clue hasn't been removed... now if it is this you can complain >.<

Good luck tomorrow though! you still have 3 days and thats a lot more chances to see whats wrong. :albus3:

Don't forget, you can all insert your Pottermore name into your SnitchSeeker profile by editing your profile. ^_^

I typed: quill.pottermore.com/112 (112 is the answer to the question)

It brought me to Sony's page -- sort of advertisment. What I did was I repeatedly pressed F5, until the congratulations page came up.
