| masterofmystery | 02-27-2011 07:16 AM | First Daniel Radcliffe "How to Succeed" opening preview night photos & fan reviews This Saturday evening marked the opening preview night of Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe in the Broadway production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Fans got the chance to see the musical, and have shouted nothing but praise and kind constructive criticism towards Dan in his role as J. Pierrepont Finch. One viewer managed to capture a couple of photos of the cast taking their curtain call bow at the end of the production, with a rather-nervous Dan still in costume alongside costars John Larroquette, Rose Hemingway, and others. -- becauseimjewish: GUYS. I don't even care what you think of me when I say this. HOW TO SUCCEED was AMAZING, and DANIEL RADCLIFFE F---ING NAILED IT.

-- Nycbrent: Wow.... His big dance number was AMAZING!!! Great job DanRad! @H2SBway welcome BACK to Broadway!!!!
-- GreenGamine: Daniel Radcliffe just KILLED IT on his opening night in @H2SBway. The boy is a born hoofer. Who knew?
-- Matt Lutz: Watched the first preview of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING tonight with Daniel Radcliffe and John Larroquette...hilarious, killer choreography, and an all around fantastic night on Broadway. Congrats to all of my friends involved!
-- jrmagicny: How to Succeed is Brilliant. Daniel Radcliffe was perfect in his acting, choreography was amazing. This ones gonna be huge.
-- dracomalfoyisabamf: Dan was absolutely brilliant, as were the rest of the cast. I actually had no idea he could sing. I was pretty much grinning the whole play. My face really hurts from it.
-- David (via email): WOW! I didn't know what to expect, but I was BLOWN AWAY by what I saw tonight! This is a good, old fashioned, Broadway hit! Mr. Radcliffe demonstrated this is WAY more than Stunt casting! The boy can DANCE! And sing! And has incredible comic timing! The audience tonight was electric, but not just because he was there. The cast is a dream, Larroquette on down. Rose Hemingway is a revelation, Chris Henke is a joy, Rob Bartlett, (as always) laugh out loud brilliant, AMAZING choreography, what a great, entertaining evening, I see a LONG run! It's comforting to know there are still great Broadway musicals out there, and done so amazingly well. Kudos to everyone involved!
