I felt bad for him just like everybody else, but I can see where she is coming from too. It was weird the way he was reading it, and from her point of view he might be nuts! Why am I saying this??? Because he played that scene so well, I was sold. No Ron, no Rupert, just an awkward guy trying to fit in. I'm just speechless.

Exactly. It's not about what the character looks like, that's inevitable, it's when he talks and is in character. It's a total unRon character and he plays him so differently from playing Ron. He's brilliant. Even in that little clip, completely brilliant!

Awww....The whole time he was asking her if could read her the poem I kept thinking just listen you TARD!! And then the poem was so sweet!!! Did he say "your milky breasts my strange mate." ? I was laughing that was such a sweet poem. Then when she tells him, "I'm sorry your just...too weird.", I couldn't believe she said that to him! How mean can she be. Could you please tell me what Ben said in this clip that Ron would say, or do? Ron can't recite poetry! That would really change Ron's whole personality wouldn't it? Ben seems to be very weird and passionate and Ron is witty and sarcastic. Or do you mean the hair? Some other people were saying that, and really the hair was different to me. Ron had this soft long shaggy rock star look look going on, and Ben's do looks all rough and tousled.
