MarketWire announced that Zazzle will be releasing an array of merchandise with new promotional images to coincide with the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I. Zazzle has updated their page with dozens of new photos from the November release, including numerous shots of Harry, Ron, and Hermione camping and in Grimmauld Place, the Weasley twins and Lovegoods at the wedding, the Malfoys and Bellatrix Lestrange at Malfoy Manor, and several studio shots of Gregorovitch, Peter Pettgirew, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Bathilda Bagshot, and Bill Weasley. The set can be found in our galleries.

I have a feeling Narcissa has brown and blond hair due to the actress not wanting to have to bleach only the front part of her hair. For HBP which she only had a couple of scenes and it would have been a big change for the actress who possibly had other commitments at the same time. So maybe she didn't want such a drastic change for a role which I'd guess only lasted a few days.
I'm a guy who's never worn a wig except for Halloween, but I hear movie wigs supposedly look better when they use the persons actual hair line. If they don't the wig tends not to look real, although that doesn't explain Lucius' hair which looks real enough. That's what they did for Tonks in OOTP, if you remember from the bonus features. I bet that's what they did with Narssica's wig as well except didn't dye it and just went with the brown and blond. That way the filmmakers can have the characters hair look real, respect the actors wishes(If my assumption about her not wanting to dye her hair for her short part in HBP is correct), and still have the character be blond.
I'm not defending their decision to make her hair this way, only trying theorize how to make sense of it. (Wow I can't believe how much though I put into this. Dude!)  | |

Don't you guys think it would be weird that both Narcissa and Lucius have long blonde hair? I think that's the reason they changed Narcissa's hair in the movies, was because they already gave Lucius her hair! The only reason they did that was that when Jason Isaacs got the part for Chamber of Secrets he requested that he get a cape, a cane and long hair! None of which were described in the book. I love the cane with the wand inside but the long blonde hair I could have done without if it meant they couldn't give Narcissa that.
