| | |  'Do not disturb' sign back up at JKR's site
After an exciting week of speculation about what the title of the next (and last) Harry Potter book, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', could mean, the 'Do Not Disturb' sign is back up on the mystery door at J.K. Rowling.com. Though the door may now be closed again, the theories will continue as will pre-orders at Amazon.co.uk (DH is currently #1 in sales).
The book is hopefully due out sometime in 2007, but at this point there is no release date given by J.K. Rowling or her publishers. It is reported, however, that the UK's Royal mail is devising a plan now for delivering what is expected to be the biggest selling HP book yet! | |

To Be honest..i Can wait for however long JKR wants to keep the book a way from us..BUT Wait! Dont shoot me just yet, (hehe)..My main reason is that JKR says that DH is going to be the lastt book in the series, and i dont think im ready for that, as silly as that sounds  I cant have the ending of the series just yet

I too want the book to get here but it is the FINAL one as well. So I am sure the next book JK will write will be spellbinding and intriguing as well. You have to remember that Harry Potter has consumed her life for years I imagine a break for her will be welcomed too.
I think the door being closed is a good thing that means she is either finishing, finished or still working furiously to finish. I hope she is in the editing stage right now which she maybe just to keep us guessing

I'm not ordering HP until I see the cover arts because I like to buy different editions of the books. I really wish JK had given us a date...and a chapter

At the bookstore near my house they're accepting pre-orders and said that the release date would be July 7th. I'm not sure it it's like that everywhere, but I hope so. I can't wait till it comes out!
