This just outstanding! Fantastic! The Snatchers catching Ron, Harry and Hermione right before heading to Malfoy Manor. Love it. Of course, I too agree with Ketki, the scene with Ron and that horcrux would be nice as well.

I think this is going to be a perfect place to split the movie. It acts as a great cliff hanger for those who have not read the books (but should!). I cannot wait for to see these last two movies (except for the fact that it will me it's all over).

Honestly I don't think that is a good place to split it. It's way too far into the story and it's not a good cliffhanger. I think they should split it at Godrics Hollow when Harry and Hermione are trying to escape Nagini and then Voldemort comes right after Harry and Hermione Apparate. And then the second part should start with Hermione trying to wake Harry up.

that's a good place but.. if HP5 is so much thicker and that's one movie, why two movies for HP7?? more detailed? well if thats the case it's brilliant!

Because it's the last one, it's easier to get away with. HP5 was longer but a lot more of it was 'filler'.

oo er,there's me thinking that it may end with Ron's 'judas' moment when he leaves.scary to think i shall be 21 when it all ends :s how utterly depressing!!

this is amazing , but wasn't it better for the split to be at the point of Ron's return ? and does this make the 2nd movie shorter than the 1st? , I mean that also the part of xeno's house and Harry's obssesion by the deathly hallows will be in the 1st movie?

^ Both will probably be around the same length. Converting books to films means some bits are inevitably longer than others.

I always figured a really good spot for the split would be right after the Malfoy Manor and the buriel of Dobby. So Part II would start with them heading to Gringotts.
