Robbie Coltrane, who plays the giant hearted Hagrid in the Harry Potter films, has finished filming his scenes in the fifth movie. Jam! Television reports that the actor, who is also starring in the upcoming BBC America film, 'Cracker', has completed his part in 'Order of the Phoenix'.
Shooting began earlier this year, with the film's climatic battle in the Ministry of Magic rumoured to begin filming in September, although this has not been confirmed.
The film is expected to be released July 13th 2007. | |

That was fast. I guess we won't be seeing to much of him in the 5th movie. But that makes sense because the same thing happens in the book.

That's not a surpise. He doesn't have a big part in the book. It looks like, initially they shooted his scenes. Probably the grawp scene!

If he's finished filming then things have been cut. They have to, have to, have to keep in Grawp! Maybe they cut out some of the Care of Magical Creatures scenes or when Hagrid is off with Madame Maxime to recruit giants and warn giants that Voldemort has, in fact, returned? They shouldn't cut Hagrid scenes. Ever.

Its good to know that filming is ticking right along.I'm sure some things were changed due to time or budget limitations but I think the release of the film altogether will be an exciting opening in movie history. :0)

So the movie would be out next July... probably? Or is it confirmed? Why don't I know this bit? 
Wow. July would just be Harry Potter heaven if both movie and book are released at the same month. 
Anyways, yeah, it seemed pretty fast that Mr. Coltrane is done with the filming already.
