A team of Chinese students successfully translated the newest
Potter book, hours after the worldwide publication date.
The translation appeared on the internet hours after it was released worldwide, which is a few months before the official Chinese publication date.
The students added that they weren't to use the books for commercial purposes, and that they only translated the books because they love Potter.
Quote:
China Daily reported that teenagers on their summer holidays had purchased English-language copies of the book as soon as they hit the shelves last month, and began translating.
The official Chinese
Deathly Hallows will be published in October.
