IF i was going to ask Dan a question it would have to be:
Why did you do Equus? Knowing full well it's a calculated manuever to take you so far away from the image of the cornbread cute family friendly boy hero of a generation (which in an of itself implies that THAT image is bad), when say ... trying Shakespeare or something else would obviously have been seen as a more serious attempt at being taken seriously in theater than doing the obvious and playing some messed up bad boy?
