exactly!! it will be far more dramatic if one of the main characters (in the movies) is attacked due to the connection that's been formed by the audience with the Weasleys and Arthur particularly after OOTP.

Despite all the doomsayers (I was one of them for a long time), I expect that HBP will be the best HP movie so far!

The whole piece about Horcruxes in the HBP Encweclopdy isn't too good either....
Horace Slughorn is an expert in horcruxes, and it is he who explains their principles to the students of Hogwarts....
Also a horcrux doesn't have to be an " ainanimate object" --> like Nagini

I don't like that they changed it. Mr. Weasley was already attacked in OotP. If they had to change it to include the mauling, it should be another character other than a main character. I'm really annoyed. Adaptation is one thing, but this is a little too much of a change for me...

And I think it sucks they're not including Bill/Fleur at all...especially with the wedding. (Though, that will most likely be replaced by either Tonks/Lupin's wedding or Harry's birthday party...)

Guys, Leaky messed up. If you read all of the scans, you'll see that the segment of the article they are referring to more than likely discusses the book, not the film. Why? Because it mentions several characters we know to be cut from the Film: Marvolo, Morfin, and Scrimgeour.

Therefore it's very likely the writer of the article simply made a mistake when collecting info from the book. They confused Bill with Arthur when the grabbed it literally word-for-word from the HP Lexicon.

It's pretty easy to confuse the post about Greyback with the film, because it's posted in a film magazine, but I really believe they are talking about the book.

I really hope they didn't mess that much with the story. What's next? Harry kisses Hermione and Ginny is out of the picture?

I'm kinda disappointed that Bill and Fleur aren't going to be in it but why would they ever have Mr.Weasley be attacked! That changes his character for the rest of the movies!

I'm verry disappointed in this. I know that we haven't seen anything of Bill (Besides in PoA, but that guy was probably just an axtra) but it's just stupid. They are totally ruining themselves by not having either Bill or Fleur in HBP. What are they going to do now? Not have the wedding in DH? *rolls eyes*
