Amazon has officially received 1 million pre-orders for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The book reached the 1 million mark in a record-breaking 95 days. Rowling’s seventh and final novel took over none other than Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince’s throne. As the previous record-holder, HBP reached the million in a total of 174 days. Therefore, Deathly Hallows broke the record by 11 weeks. Some achievement! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has been available for pre-ordering on amazon.com since February 1st.
