If the image is an exclusive from another site, please link the site in the descriptions.

If you are unsure of where to put your image, select the 'misc' album for that category – for example, you have an image of Daniel Radcliffe from a photoshoot, but you don't know which one it is, put it in the 'misc photoshoots' album, and an admin will sort it out.

Some categories aren't open for members to submit images, there shouldn't be a need for you to submit to any of the closed albums, but if there is, PM an admin, or submit it to the 'misc' album in the category and indicate in the description where it should go.

When submitting, DO NOT fill out the 'submitted by' or 'keywords' boxes, as they are functions only needed for the gallery admins.

Copying (ie tracing) another piece of art is allowed, however it is strongly encouraged that you provide a link to the original artwork, to prevent any misunderstandings.

It is also suggested that you watermark your work, by placing your name, email, website or SS username somewhere on your art. This may prevent someone from stealing your art, and helps us identify your art if there are any technical problems.

It is recommended that you create your own album for fanart in the gallery, instructions on how to do so can be found here.

If your wallpaper is not the correct size, it will not be approved. A simple way to make it the right size is to add a border around your existing image.
