Scarlett was holding her birthday cake she had ordered from the bakery.She was very excited to share it with her co-workers.She placed it carefully on the counter with a knife and small plates.

Ella had seen Scarlett with the birthday cake and remembered again that it was her birthday, so she decided to follow the woman to the break room. She could use a break anyway. "Happy birthdaaay!" Ella said with a small grin upon entering the break room. "How is your special day going so far?"

Scarlett was cutting herself a piece of cake when she saw someone come in.thanks would you like a piece of cake she asked.It's going great i think it's not that far from 30 she laughed feeling old.

Hmmm, that cake DID look quite delicious. And Ella hadn't eaten in a while. And besides, it was Scarlett's birthday, so she should celebrate. "Sure, I'd love some. It looks good. Where'd you get it?" It looked pretty fancy, too.

Ella laughed quietly. "Just wait until you hit thirty-five. You're not old until you get this far." Sometimes Ella felt really old. Sigh.

Manolo walked into the break room before he went to his training session. He poured himself a cup of coffee and leaned against the counter, staring at the clock and taking long sips at a time.

Annalise was having a GREAT morning. No traffic, no accidents - and she had been on time to work! Now it was the afternoon and she was HUNGRY. As she entered the break room she noticed that the man that had asked her out last week was there. Manolo.

Upon inviting Manolo to sit with her Annalise noticed that he was rather anxious... or at least that was how he looked to her. "You look as if you have seen a ghost...are you sure you're okay?" She asked, placing a hand on his shoulder. "I certainly hope it isn't me that's scaring you off.." She laughed nervously, smiling up at the young man.

"I'm well.." She answered, pausing to open her lunch box. "So... about that date...." Annalise started, looking down at the table.

Katalin was sitting in the break room reading a letter from her son and daugther who was in Hogwarts, there was in their third and second years. She sipped on her coffee as she read that they have made some friends with the younger years.

Manolo chuckled, "No, I'm okay. Trust me, you aren't scaring me away." He smiled big and fought back a blush when her hand was on his shoulder. It left a tingling sensation lingering after.

"That's great." He couldn't restrain a blush now. "Uh, oh yeah....How about tomorrow at lunch? The Cafe on the Corner?"

Jack walked into the breakroom for some coffee after doing a bit of paper work. When h got there he saw that there were new assignments up. Ah, visiting a dragon sanctuary, I have not been to one since last summer. The ministry pays more but the work is usually not as fun but finally I get out and do something real. I'm gonna need supplys like a flame retardant suit and backpack just in case. Dragons Are very unpredictable. Who cares, this is gonna be so much fun. Jack smiled as he sipped his coffee, this was the break he had been waiting for since he left the states.

Ember was so SUPER EXCITED FOR HER FIRST DAY YEAH. She usually didn't dress this nice, but since it was her first day and all...she wanted to look halfway decent. She shivered as she made her up to the Break Room...for her level...she wondered if anyone was even around yet?

O____O

It was a ghost town in here! Ember sighed as she peered around...no sign of life. There was a coffee maker...she wondered if she was even allowed to touch it, though! Merlin, this was all so...weird.

Was she supposed to be here yet?! What if she wasn't? WHAT IF SHE GOT IN TROUBLE ON HER FIRST DAY. Ember would. Oh my, she would positively DIE. But then again...she was...an employee...no one was here yet..and there was a coffee machine...so...hmm. Ember scooted around the smallish room and began to make coffee...soon the smell was wafting...and Ember closed her eyes, and sniiiiiiffed. Ah. Smelled lovely. Now she could officially start her day. And maybe she would make her coworkers' days! You know, in case anybody WANTED COFFEE. Ember was all for making people feel their tip-top BEST ALL THE TIME EVER.

Maybe she was too hyper. Maybe it was the red dress. It made her excited. SO ESSITED. She took a seat and grabbed her copy of the Prophet from her pocket, sipping her coffee black...and made a face...ugh...why do people DO this? She immediately remedied the, er, disgusting drink, making it more creamy and milky--YAY. NOW she could read in peace--

And wait for people to come in. Or go check out the offices. She was feeling a biiiiiit shy for that, though. O_O
