Many of the characters that I'm using were the creation of the fabulously talented J.K.Rowling. I do not take any credit for her characters. Chapter One
Late one night, just before the students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry were due to arrive for their first term of the year, the Headmaster of the school, Professor Dumbledore, was pacing in his office. For, he knew that a new kind of student would be arriving along with all of the others.
You see, six months prior Dumbledore had been summoned to the Ministry of Magic. He was to be briefed on an extremely strange situation.
Even the Minister himself, Cornelius Fudge, did not know how to handle such a difficult situation. However, he knew that he had to figure out a decision.
Fudge was sitting at his desk when Dumbledore arrived at the Ministry. His hands were sweaty and he had beads of sweat forming on his forehead. He still wasn't completely sure of how he was going to break the news to Dumbledore of his latest and biggest problem. He took in a deep breath to relax himself when the doors to his office swung open. In their place stood a familiar face, Professor Dumbledore.
"Albus, I have a very important question to ask you before I begin," said Cornelius as if though he were asking for advice.
"Minister, I may have an answer, that is depending on it's content."
"Do you think that Muggles are capable of learning to use magic?" asked Fudge.
"You have to understand, Minister, Muggles.... Well, they may be able to learn how to use magic, but to what skill level I do not know. They don't
possess the tolerance for the unexplainable as we in our world do. They only see what they want to see. Why do you ask, Cornelius? "
"Albus, I'm afraid we have a situation that is going to need your direct
and expert attention. It has recently come to my attention that about nine years ago, a two year-old boy was found on the door step of Divinity
Wellheart; she works within the Ministry. As it turns out she has been hiding the fact that her adopted son is a Muggle. "
"What are you trying to tell me, Cornelius? "
"This boy has lived in our world for nine years , Albus !" exclaimed a frustrated Fudge. "What do you think? Divinity has requested the boy be
admitted to Hogwarts. I told her that I needed to make some inquiries first. That's when I sent you an owl. I wanted to know if it was even possible to teach the boy. I didn't want to waste anyone's time and effort if you didn't think it was possible. "
"I think it would be wise to take it one term at a time. After all, he has
grown up in our world for nine years, he is no ordinary muggle. What is his
name? "
"Justin Wellheart," answered Cornelius. | |

After having finished his supper Justin made his way to the Headmaster's
office. Just outside it's entrance Justin was stopped by Prof. Snape. Justin
jumped as he almost ran right into his Potions teacher.
" And where might you be going Mr. Wellheart? " asked Snape.
" I needed to speak with the headmaster, Professor." answered Justin. "
How do I get inside his office? "
" All you need to say is ' sherbit lemon' and the eagle will rise revealing a
staircase you must climb. Then there is a door that you must knock on. "
" Thank you Prof. Snape. You know you're really not as bad as everyone
says." said Justin forgetting himself.
" What is that supposed to mean?! " Snape said as he loomed closer and
closer towards Justin.
" Nothing, Sir. I only meant that you were nicer than I thought is all. I
didn't mean any disrespect. I...I " Justin was interupted by the sound of the
eagle beginning to expose tha hidden staircase that led to Dumbledore's
office.
" Aah, Justin I was just coming to find you. " Dumbledore exclaimed. "
Professor Snape would you mind leaving us for a moment or two?"
" Of course, Headmaster. Justin, do see me after breakfast tomorrow  morning, won't you? " said Snape as he left the corridor.

The two wizards watched as Prof. Snape continued down the corridor and
turned the corner before starting their conversation.
" How are you doing, Justin? " asked Prof. Dumbledore. " I've received an
owl from your Mother last week. I'm sorry we weren't able to speak sooner."
" I'm doing fine, Headmaster. I just have a few questions to ask of you. mI
don't understand why my magical abilities have begun so much later than any
other witch or wizard. Is there any reason why this has happened? What I
mean to ask is, why can't I control them and why is my reaction to people
who are mean to me so violent? To be honest , Sir, I scare myself. The last
thing I want to do is really harm someone." answered Justin.
" Well, Tom, I mean Justin...As wizards we never quite know when our
powers will begin. In fact I have taught many late blooming witches and
wizards. It is curious as to why your powers presented themselves this late
in your childhood. But the good news is that myself and the other Professors
are here to help you harness your unique abilities. You see, very seldom does
a student have the ability to cast spells without speaking or using a wand.
This has only happened a handful of times in my tenure here at Hogwarts. "
said Dumbledore sympathetically.
" I don't understand, Professor. What does al this mean? Does it mean
that I am evil or something? " pleaded Justin.
" No, my boy. It just means that you'll need a few extra lessons to help
you control your reaction and use your magical abilities for learning and be
safe when you are confronted by others who may single you out."
" One more question, Sir, who is Tom? "
" Tom was a former student here at Hogwarts long ago. He too had
powers like yours. He did horrible things to people because he turned his back
on love. You must always remember to love those around you and do things
from the light side of magic. And with the training that you will get here, I
have no doubt that you will be a great wizard someday. until then focus on
your studies and all will turn out well."  | |

The following chapters are collaborated and Co-Authored with The Pureblood Princess. I've always believed that like minds should band together. I feel that you will soon agree after reading the chapters to come. And thank you again for all your talent and input my friend. Thank you to all of OUR readers.
The next morning Justin dressed quickly then nervously made his way down toward the Great Hall to meet his friends for breakfast. His eyes darted about the corridors as he clutched his bag and schools books tightly as he scanned the corridors for Prof. Snape, As he was expecting his Potions teacher to jump out at him at any moment. As he reached the entrance to the Hall two fifth year students hurried past Justin and knocked into him sending all of his books flying out of his hands, scattering them all over the staircase. the two boys laughed as they continued on their way towards their house tables for breakfast, leaving Justin to collect his things. as he stood up , Justin felt the frustration building inside of himself and began to mumble under his breath. Suddenly, Justin's hand began to tingle and his heart started beating really hard and very fast beneath his jumper. He frowned slightly as he flexed his fingers as he tried to put the thought of the older boys and what had happened out of his mind. as he calmed down the tingling had subsided and with a few more deep breath his heartrate returned to normal.

Justin frowned , He was sure that he was about to use magic on those two older boys. He was, however , glad that he was able to control himself. The last thing he wanted was to hurt anyone because of his lack of control and knowledge of spell-casting. ' Thank goodness for that little chat with Prof. Dumbledore ' Justin thought to himself. Shaking the the thought of what just and what could've happened, Justin continued to make his way into The Great Hall where Bertie was waving him over. Justin took a seat next to Josh and began to absent-mindedly pick at his breakfast.
" Are you alright, Justin ? " asked Bertie as she leaned toward Justin with a look of worry flashing acrossed her face.
" Yeah, I'm fine. " Answered Justin as he began to play with his food. He was still trying to lose the thought of this mornings events when the figure of Prof. Snape appeared in front of him, causing him to jump alittle.
" Good morning, Mr. Wellheart. my office. Ten minutes. "
" Y-yes, Professor. " answered Justin nervously as he nodded.
Snape gave him a curt nod then turned and walked out of the Great Hall , his black robes billowing out behind him like the out-strtched wings of a raven.
" What's that all about, Justin ? " asked Josh As he filled his mouth with sausages.
justin just shrugged his shoulders in response as he grabbed his bag and stuffed his books in.
" I'm not sure. I'll talk to you guys later, okay? " justin said over his shoulder as he hurried out. Justin made his way down the dark corridor that led to the dungeons, swallowing loudly as he turned the corner towards Prof. Snape's office.
