Ethan tilted his head back for a chuckle of laughter. Sure his friend was slightly shorter but the thing was, Ethan was just extremely tall...for his age. He pretended to stumble from the shoving match his friend gave him. "There is never too much dancing mate.

"Oh, and they serve...you wouldn't believe, mate...." He paused dramatically as his eyes searched the restaurant as if he were telling a HUGE secret. "They serve...food." And he couldn't hold a straight face for long.

"Oh there is when you are around," Milo chuckled. Milo really couldn't dance. Ethan was so much better than him, but he wasn't going to admit that.

A false trace of shock showed across his face, "They serve food? Really. I have never been to a restaurant that has done that before." He gave Cy a shove again. "What kind of food you wally?"

Antigone smiled kindly and said, "Thank you so much Chloe. I really appreciate it. I need someone... I am so new to the city again, you know. It's nice to have a friend. We can go after we eat if you'd like." She was perfectly content staying and having her meal and some nice conversation.

Antigone nearly choked to death on her water when she spied Ethan walking into the restaurant with some other guy. "Bloody Hell," she muttered after she cleared her airway and prevented her untimely demise. "Chloe... I really wish we had gone somewhere else now. I am rather confused right now" SHe groaned audbily and lay her head on her arm on the table top. Odd, she knew that. The waiter arrived with their food while she was still resting on the table. Weird looks she got...

Chloe returned her smile and nodded. "Truthfully, I don't have many friends here either. I was... a very different person when I was at Hogwarts. Not always a very nice person. When I got to my last couple of years, I tried to change, but people still had this assumption about me. Then after graduating, I left and lived in different places all over the world with Muggles and wizards. So, I have a lot of friends in other places, but not so much here. So, I understand how you feel. We could all always use some more good friends." And then something was wrong, and Chloe followed Antigone's gaze across the restaurant. And there was that man who was in the office the other day. Oo... not good. When Antigone laid her head down on the table, Chloe patted her arm affectionately until the waiter brought them their food. She gave him a smile and a thanks, then turned back to Antigone. "Let's eat and get out of here."

Antigone smiled sadly at the girl, completely understanding what she meant... well kind of. She had travelled so much she seldom made friends anywhere really. It was crazy. In the past several years the only friends she had made were Malachi and Ethan... and now Chloe. Well she was rather fond of Ariel to be honest.

Then she felt Chloe's hand on her and instead of pulling away as she typically would she smiled, tears welling in her eyes and said, "Thanks. Yes, let's eat and go. I am not sure I can stand anymore excitement today." She then began to push her pasta around the plate and sigh.

Chloe released her pressure on Antigone's arm and began to eat her lunch as quickly as she could without making herself sick. Every now and then she cast glances at TheManFromTheOffice, but she didn't say anything to Antigone. She would wait for her to start the conversation. Plus, she didn't want to draw any attention to the two of them sitting there because she didn't want Mr. JerkFace to come over and talk to them. She'd be tempted to give a smack upside the head. Yep. No one hurt Chloe's friends and got away with it. No siree. When she had finished eating, she laid her fork down and just waited for any sign from Antigone that she was ready to go.

Antigone was taking her time eating unlike Chloe shovelling her face over there. WOW... she was really going to risk vomitting so Tiggy didn't feel uncomfortable, how sweet. She finished her food and looked at Chloe and smiled. "Shall we? I need to get back to work anyway. See if anyone can get rid of that bird for me," she said with an odd look in her eye. That flipping bird made her crazy.

She left enough muggle cash for the bill and a tip and rose from her seat. "Maybe I'll just try to rush out... I think the quicker I get out the better. HE won't see me, maybe," Antigone said more to herself than Chloe. She was just waiting for Chloe to rise and follow her out and back to the Ministry.

Chloe nodded when Antigone signaled she was ready to go, and then she reached down to her purse to pay for her portion of lunch, but when she looked up again, Antigone had already laid down the money for both of their meals and the tip on the table. "Oh, you don't have to-..." buuut they were already moving to the next topic: how they were going to get out of here without Mr. JerkFace seeing Antigone. Hmm... pity they couldn't use magic, really. "You just go, quickly, and I'll follow and block his line of vision as best I can! Ready... and go!" Chloe said with a bit of a giggle. She stood up and waited for Antigone to lead the way.

Antigone giggled at Chloe and took off at a nice little trot as she attempted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Well wouldn't you know that things wouldn't be that easy. Grrr... As she went she tried to look staright ahead, nowhere else. Well that man that scooted his chair out went unnoticed. Yeaaaaaah. THe toe of her Manolo caught on the leg of his chair and DOOOOOOWWWWWWNNNNNN she went. SHe twisted her ankle, tears sprining up in her eyes and she cursed... VERY loudly as the restaurant seemed to go quiet. She groaned audibly and said to Chloe, "I twisted my ankle... do you think you can help me out of here, like NOW."

OH SNAP.

Chloe rushed over to Antigone's side, trying to cover up the scene and not make this seem as embarrassing as it was. She glanced at the woman's ankle. Ew. That was NOT good. Immediate swelling, bruising. Yeaaaaah... Chloe looked around the restaurant, wondering how she, in her heels, was going to help her boss out of this place without using magic. For the love of Merlin! Why wasn't Asher EVER around when she needed him and his awesome manliness? Okay, okay, think Chloe. Standing up again, she took off her shoes, holding them in her left hand. Then she wrapped her right arm around Antigone's shoulders to help her up. "Okay. Up on three. 1, 2, 3..." and Chloe made her best attempt to pull Antigone up to her feet without causing her anymore pain.

Antigone grimaced when she saw her frickin ankle. No bueno. She nodded her head when Chloe put her arm around her and said to try and get up on three. Pushing with her noninjured leg she was pulled into a standing position thanks to Chloe's help. She then tried to figure how the Hell they were going to make it out with her hopping in heels. She hated to do it, but she slipped her beautiful shoes off and held them tightly in her hand and nodded her head at Chloe to start helping her walk.

"Great, grand... LOVELY. This is the greatest situation ever," she said in her heavy Irish accent. How could she bite it in a restaurant that contained her latest fling? SHe was beyond mortified right then. And to top it off it seemed to be slow goings getting out of there.

And they were up! Sort of. Chloe helped Antigone settle herself as she, too, removed her shoes, and she had to let out a snort of laughter. This would be quite a funny picture to anyone who knew them from the ministry. Two witches, awesome heels in hand, trying to make it out of a muggle restaurant without any help.

Yeah. Like that was gonna work.

Nevertheless, she held onto Antigone a bit tighter and said, "Okay just... just try to hop a little and put you weight on me. Whenever you're ready..."

Ottera walked in...then, she quickly hopped out of the doorway. For one, she didn't want to get in their way. Two, she didn't want to be noticed, yet. She was wearing the cutest dress ever. It was orange and had flowers and she wore an orange shrug. "Hello, do you need any help? Are you okay?" The department head, she is hurt. Oh no.

Ryan walked in the restaurant with Helena looking around for a perfect place to settle down, eat and...whatever. However he halted for a moment when he saw the people around. Now had he accidentally stepped into his offices or what? There were people from his department everywhere and...

...the blond man could not care less about that. Hehehe. He knew some women was probably not going to like to see him with Helena but that was not his problem. Plus they seemed to be struggling with something. Department head Antigone needed help? Ryan stared at the ceiling, whistled 'I did not see anything' and turned to the woman in his arm ''All right, dear. Where do you want to sit?''

"They do, mate," Ethan spoke with a gentle nod of his head. He closely leaned into Milo and added. "They have anything and everything you want for muggle food." He straightened up, pulled his jacket around him a bit more then proceeded to make his way towards a table when the strangest thing happened.

A crashing sound was heard and immediately he turned his head to find...her. "Oh gosh," Ethan said as he immediately ran to Antigone's side to make sure she was okay.

"You...okay?" His hands immediately found one of her arms, gently caressing her at the base of her elbow while the other held her hand. It was all to help...stabilize her or at least that was his excuse for any and all things. But, the lady Antigone was with beat him to the punch and she was standing. If there was anything, he didn't mind helping her out, he just hoped that she was not going to be hardheaded about the situation, not that she wouldn't but...she was a female and she was very independent.

Antigone grimaced and nodded her head at Chloe, but made no effort to move right away. She gripped her lovely shoes tighter and thought about what would be the best way to hop out without making more a freaking fool of herself.

"Umm... no I am not alright, actually. I twisted my ankle. But I do not wish to bother you, we can get me out of here, I am sure," she said to the lady through gritted teeth. "Thank you very much though, dear," she added in a sweet voice.

Grrr... big strong man over there not offering to help. BAH! What ever happened to chivalry. It must very well be dead. Hehehe... it's okay, she knew one Division Head that would have a workload of 5 people dumped on his desk when she returned to the Ministry.Yes, indeed.

And there it came... the icing on the bloody cake. Ethan, in front of three other employees of her office. SHe felt her cheeks burn red as he asked if she was okay. She was defeated today... She feebly shook her head and said in a small voice, "No, I am not okay actually. I am afraid I have sprained the ankle. C-c-c-could you" she swallowed hard, her pride going down with the new formed lump in her throat, "help me out of here and back to the Ministry... pl-pl-please." She felt two inches tall. She had tried in vain to escape without having to see the man and now he was there, witnessing the scene she had caused.

Typically she would have swatted him away and limped out on her own, but she had no energy left to fight it... She waited for him to help however he meant to... Waited like a frickin damsel in distress. Which, mind you, is not something Antigone was proud of. That's alright though, she had every intention of turning cold once they were out flipping Muggleville. She had no desire to be viewed as a weak helpless woman and this man would never see that again.

Helena walked into the restaurant and looked around. It was a nice and simple place. Cosy. She looked at some of the people who were in there, and the restaurant seemed to have become a hotspot for the Ministry Workers. Ryan seemed to have noticed this too. Luckily for Helena, there didn't seem to be anyone that she knew here.

She looked at Ryan as he spoke to her, "I don't really mind, how about over there, near one of the windows?" she asked him, looking up at his face.

As Mr. JerkFace walked over to where she stood holding Antigone up, Chloe was very tempted to give him a glare, but she didn't, instead she adjust Antigone's weight to be more comfortable and began to say, "Actually, I do believe we're perfectly capable of-..." But then Antigone was practically begging for him to help her. Yeah. Great idea. She did feel a bit sorry for her boss, though; she seemed absolutely mortified. Chloe stood up a little straighter as the man grabbed Antigone on the other side, and she gave her hair a little flip so it was off of her shoulders. Looking at the man, she said, "Well, are you going to help or just stand there?" with a note of impatience in her voice.

She was probably going to be reprimanded for her rudeness, but Mr. JerkFace sort of deserved it in Chloe's opinion. Until a man proved himself to her, she tended to have little patience for the male gender.

Before he would walk away with the beautiful woman beside him, Ryan glanced back at the bosswoman and thought, for a moment, that she had been staring at him. Of course then, if she had, this was going to bear some consequences. But the man shrugged it away. Plus there was naother man helping her now. Hehehe yes there was.


''As you wish'' Ryan said kindly looking at her face for a moment then the man gently led her to one of the tables before a well-decorated nice window and he specially chose one which was away from the other people in the place. ''I hope this is okay with you, beauty'' he remarked and winked before suggesting her one of the chairs gentlemanly.

Actually it had been really a long long time since the last time he ate a romantic dinner. Plus he was not even sure this one would lead to a romantic one despite Helena's positive approach so far. He was, still as he sensed, kind of scared of woman when things got serious.

Helena looked at the woman who'd hurt herself sometime and at the looks and glares she was giving Ryan. These led Helena to believe that she was either an ex-girfriend or someone Ryan usually helped. Helena just hoped that it wasn't the former of the two. She watched the woman and the people that were trying to help her from the corner of her eye as Ryan led her to an empty table.

She smiled at Ryan as he spoke. Helena nodded, "Yeah, it is." She smiled as she gave up counting how many names other than 'Helena' that Ryan'd given her today and winked back at him. She smiled and muttered a little "Why thank you, Ryan." as he offered her one of the chairs. She sat down and set the lilies down at the end of the table, nearest to the wall so they wouldn't be knocked or damaged by someone passing.

Helena unbuttoned her coat and shrugged it off, letting it drape over the back of her chair, showing her dress for the first time that evening. She smiled shyly at Ryan as he sat down. It had been a long time since she'd gone on a dinner date with someone, after all...

Milo chuckled, "Sounds like the perfect place." His eyes searched for an empty table. He found one in the corner. "Got a table mate. Over there." He pointed in the direction of said empty table. But Cy had left him. He had run to some girl's aid.

Seriously, if that man was any smoother he'd be butter. "Just ask her out already. Save you the time of actually have to catch her."

Ethan sympathized with Antigone as he knew how he would feel in this very situation. Embarrassed. "I'll take you anywhere you want, all you have to do is ask and your wish is granted," he whispered back with a grin on his face until he heard the words of someone who was being a bit of...well he hoped she was a witch because she was surely acting like it. Most seemed to be touchy and this one was already working his nerves with her impatient self.

Ethan paused, looking up at the other female that was standing next to her. A sense of calmness washed over him as he somewhat forced the plastic smile on his face.

"Here's what I'm going to do," he began as he reached down to swoop Antigone in his manly arms. "And you can do whatever you feel like."

"I'll be back, mate," he spoke to Milo as this wouldn't take long at all. It would be like a flash of light, except he had to wait until they were out of sight from muggles before doing anything else.

Antigone was about to say something naughty but thought better of it. She had to torture the man for babying her again. This just would not do. Nope, nope, nope. She was cut off from her words of thanks as he scooped her up into his arms. Oh my... the smell of his skin... Dammit, Ethan!

She simply looked at Chloe and said, "It's okay... I will see you in my office in a bit, then." She grimaced as she thought of how this would look to those around her. One of her Division Heads and two other employees, not good. Then she buried her head in Ethan's chest and muttered, "Hurry up and get me out of here, people are going to talk."

Milo looked shocked. Ethan had asked him here to celebrate being single. And was now leaving him for some girl who had fallen over. What ever happened to that old saying? Bros before girls? He sighed, "Well I won't be here when you get back!" He didn't fancy ditching his best friend, but he had done it first. Plus Milo could really be doing something else right now. Like pacing his bedroom.

Katherine smiled and started eating. The food was pretty good for something that wasn't prepared by magic. Katherine chewed it with pleasure smiling with her mouth closed to Nikos.

She wiped her mouth with a napkin and took another sip of her juice " what do you think of our neighbors ? I find Theron quite interesting..." she commented, leaving the last part hanging in the air..
