 Welcome to Moronic Magical Wonders!
As you walk in the door, you are facing a long glass case that is filled with bottles of potions and big jars of herbs. Behind the counter are displays of candy, perfume and soap. There is also an old scale and several empty vials and bottles.
The scent of vanilla fills the air, along with the sound of water trickling and a guitar strumming. Then you notice a tree in the corner, next to it is a small waterfall. If you look closely, you will see several birds in the tree and a ball of fur sleeping at its base.
A young woman approaches the counter. She’s in her twenties, with long wavy auburn hair. She’s dressed like a gypsy in a white peasant blouse and a blue/green paisley skirt. As she gets closer, you notice that her right eye is sapphire blue, while the left eye is emerald green…..and she’s painted her long nails the same….blue on the right hand and green on the left.
A very graceful Siamese cat jumps on the counter, as the proprietress, Cassilda Marogn, asks, ‘Can I be of service?’ OOC: This thread is for a Department of Magical Law Enforcement mission. Amelia hid the anxious feeling she was experiencing, and when she saw the flicker in Cass's smile, she knew she had to press further.
"Well, like I say, I've been out of the habit of creating my own potions. I am trying to get back into it, but I am a bit rusty. How difficult would a potion like that be to brew? I'm just a little... anxious. He's single at the moment so don't really want to wait too long incase that changes." The blush in her cheeks faded a little, as she pleaded in her mind 'Please let this be the info I need.'

Cass was getting nervous, but the thought of more sales made her press on. ‘Amortentia is one of the more difficult potions. You may want to wait until you’ve gotten in a little practice on the simpler ones. If you are in a hurry, there are always the over-the-counter concoctions…’ she offered, ‘or you could try some of the more unorthodox potions. Some of them are easier and quicker to make, but they may have, umm, more unintentional side effects.’ Cass waited to see what her reaction would be… | |

"What kind of side effects? I mean, it wouldn't hurt him would it?" She knew she had to play this just right, and was hoping that Cass would give her the lead that she was so desperate for.

'Side effect...well, there have been many,' Cass replied. 'Some have been pretty tame...blue skin, strange hair colors...but others have been quite 'nasty'. Boils, baldness, scales....not pleasant. You are better off taking your time with the santioned potions.' [?I]
Cassilda wstched carefully for a reaction. Seeing none, she continued. 'I've tried a few of the more unorthodox potions, myself, with out much luck.' Shrugging her shoulders, 'Sometimes, it's all in the person guiding the cauldron, you know.' She didn't want to say anymore at this time...perhaps when she picked up the Scarab Beetles, she'd venture further along in the subject.....[/B]
