Level Seven Breakroom Sit, relax, read the Prophet, I don't mind. This place is for you guys in my department to sit and chat. Take some time out from the fun. |
Annie decided to take break from her work so she went to the break room to garb a cup of coffee and started to read witch weekly. she listened to conversations outside the room. |
J. J. Starr had a long day, he drinks Muggle soda and has lunch. |
Kahylee walked in and had a cup of hot coffee in her hand. She sat down and picked up the daily Prophet and rolled her eyes. she pulled out the letters she had recieved from her owl earlier today. Relaxing a bit she read over one from her neice then one from her mother. Pulling out some ink, a quill and a piece of parchment she began to reply to both. |
Hi Kaylee" J. J. Starr said. |
Khaylee loked up,"Hey J.J." |
" You are looking cute today Kaylee." says Joe John Montcenaggio ( call me J. J. Starr). |
"Thanks,"Kahylee said looking for her wand. She finally found it and sealed the letter to her niece,"Your looking handsome today." |
"Hi to both of you" said annie, not looking up from her reading. "what's new?" she asked. |
Doing work for dan but breaking for lunch right now Annie. J. J. starr tells her Thank you for compliment kaylee. He goes back to work and hopes Kaylee isn't married or going out with anyone. |
Kahylee sighed and picked up her next project,"I'll see you two around,"she said to any and J.J starr. She got up and left. |
Liam walked into the break room and made himself a cup of tea he sat down and drank it. |
J. J. Starr goes there to eat his lunch after a long morning. |

Jude entered into the Level Seven Breakroom for his first time, finally finding a breather from work. He had just come from sending an owl to Hogwarts about his nephew's re-admittance. |

"Good day," Jude nodded towards the new face. "Name's Jude Thomas, employee of the gobstones department." The tall wizard stuck out his brown hand to shake. |

"No, not very busy at all I must admit," Jude stated as he sat in a nearby sofa chair. "You?" |

Annie then went back to work after drinking some coffee. |
" Bye Annie, nice meeting you" J. J. Starr says. |
Anthony walked into the break room got a cup pumpkin juice and sat down. |

Joe Jon Montcenaggio sat down waiting for Kaylee and eating a Muggle twinkie. |
Kahylee walked into the breakroom and saw J.J. eating a muggle twinkie. She giggles softly and walked up to him,"Hey." |
" I have another Muggle twinkie, want one Kaylee? J. J. Starr asks her. " I got it from my friend" Joe Jon Montcenaggio tells Kaylee. |
"No thats okay. I'm sticking to my diet." Kahylee pulled out a ham and cheese sandwich."So whats up?" |
" You asked me to meet you in the break room. Kaylee" J. J. Starr said. " I know you are a pretty girl " Joe Jon Montcenaggio ( J. J. Starr) tells Kaylee. |
"Yeah. so how is work going for you?"Kahylee smiled. |
" Fine and you ,Kaylee?" J. J. Starr told her. " You are really nice and I bet you are married or going out with someone right Kaylee? J. J. Starr says as he likes coming to the point. |
"I'm okay,"Kahylee said."No I'm not married and I'm not dating either.Are you?" |
" No ,not dating Kaylee" says J. J. Starr. No propects either unless" -he looks hard and smiles long at Kaylee- J. J. Starr tells her. |
Kahylee rolled her eyes,"I don't know,"she said joking around,"What are you asking?" |
" Want to go out Kaylee for a coffee, butterbeer or whatever" Joe Jon Montcenaggio ( J. J. Starr ) asks her. |
Kahylee smiled,"Yeah sure." She took a bite of her sandwich. |
" I have to go back to work now" J. J. Starr tells Kaylee. " You pick the place Kaylee " J. J. starr tells her as he leaves for his office. |
"Okay bye,"Kahylee said as she finished off her sandwich she got up and left. |
Our last break today and when J. J. Starr sees Kaylee. " Let's go out tonight for dinner" he asks her. |
Kahylee smiled,"Sure lets go out for dinner." She stood up,"Where are we going?" |
" Well let me think but a nice resturant so we can dress up" Joe Jon Montcenaggio ( J. J. Starr) tells kaylee. |
Khaylee laughed,"Okay." |
Liam walked into the breakroom and saw this man and lady talking. he quickly grabbed a drink and went out of the room |
" Well, I am a pureblood so there is this resturant called Mo Mo's " J. J, Starr told Kaylee. " I am putting a tie and a suit and you should wear something nice as it is a fancy reataurant Kaylee- thanks. 7: 30 tommmorow night." Jason tells her. |
Kahylee smiled,"Okay I'll sse you tomorrow at 7:30." |
J. J. Starr leaves the breakroom and blows a kiss to Kaylee before going back to his desk. |
Kahylee blushed a little and walked out of the break room heading to her cubicle. |
Work is done. J. J. Starr just finished watching the first part of the Quidditch Match between RavenClaw and Gryffindor. His neighbor Jason Potter Weasley plays for the team. Kaylee was there too watching as her niece( he thinks) Heather palys for the team, too. |
Alexander stalked into the breakroom in much need of a good break. Which is what the room is for, obviously. His mind was racing with stuff he needed to get done and his hand was aching from writing too much. He was fed up with his own signature. Alexander fiddled with the coffee machine until it finally produced the drink he had been craving for over 2 hours. He could never really get the hang of how it worked. He took a sip, consequently burning his lip, and fumbled over to the table to put his drink down before appreciatively dropping into a seat. |
Theo smiled as he entered his breakroom. He spotted Alexander, one of his division heads, sporting a lovely cup of coffee. He produced a box from behind his back. "Hey Alexander. We never did finish our last game of Cluedo. I bet I can beat you this time." He sat on the table opposite Alex. He placed the box on the table and thought about getting a cup of coffee for himself. He didn't really want to drink out of one of those paper cups, oh well. He quickly pressed a few buttons and returned to the table with a steaming latte. It was good. |
Alexander looked up on hearing his bosses voice. He had a box of Cluedo with him and wanted to play. His head was slightly hurting right above his right eyebrow but he didn't want to say no. Especially not to his boss. "Sure, why not?" He replied, sounding cheerful. "I'm sure I could find the time to beat you again." He grinned. He was quite good at the game and wasn't one to be modest about beating people. |
"You beat me again? Not a chance mate. My Professor Plum is going to beat whoever you choose," Theo laughed, taking a sip of his latte. He took the lid off the box and placed it under the table. Carefully he set out the many playing pieces, and shuffled the cards. |
Liam walked into the breakroom and looked around "I didn't take a wrong turn somewhere did i" he thought to himself |
Alexander sniggered. "Right. You just keep dreaming, Theo. And I'll have Colonel Mustard." He picked up his cup of coffee and gently blew into it, trying to cool it down before taking another sip. Slightly cooler. He placed the small, plastic cup back onto the table and watched as his boss sorted out everything involved in the game. |
Dan strode into the breakroom. One of these days he knew he was going to break down and drink coffee. Why not today? It seemed to be popular among ministry workers, and he had been rather sleep-deprived lately. Surely the caffeine in the coffee would help at least a little bit. And he deserved a break. He approached the coffee machine and stared at it. Far too complicated for speedy use, it was easy enough to understand after Dan stared at it for several moments. After pressing a few buttons, Dan carried his coffee to the table. He nodded to his boss and to Alexander as he sat down. |
Lorraine wasn't sure that she should be here, but she had to stop by and see him. Besides, it was not as if there was anything major going on in her department and no one could really complain about what she did with her time other than the Minister - who was in fact quite busy with wedding plans. Although she was sure she'd be called upon to discuss transportation to and from this wedding very shortly. Either way, here she was - the breakroom on the level 7. Not a common spot for the Department head of transportation. The average height, brown-haired woman entered the room to see Theo and two individuals which she had yet to meet, personally at least. Offering her friendly smile, that she usually only gave to select individuals, she gave one of those small awkward waves. "Hello Theo. Am I interrupting something?" |
Alexander playfully flicked over Theo's 'Professor Plum' playing piece to symbolise him losing and laughed childishly. "I am going to win. You just wait." He looked up again and gave a welcoming nod to Dan who had joined them, also with a coffee. Someone new then walked in. A woman whom he'd never talked to before; she smiled at them and greeted Theo. She must know him. Alexander decided to butt in: "Cluedo!" He said cheerfully to her. "You're just about to see your friend, Theo, lose to me at Cluedo." He grinned at her. "I'm Alexander, by the way." |

Lorraine grinned at the charming young man who explained what they were playing. "Oh cluedo! Well you're in luck, because sensual Miss Scarlet has just entered the arena," she said casually, as she pulled out a chair to take a seat. "The pleasure is all mine. I'm Lorraine Brothmeister, Department Head up at Level Six." She said grinning, gazing to see if a new game would be starting soon. |
"Ah Miss Lorraine good to see you again. Finally crack did you. Needed to see some people actually at work," Theo laughed, "Pull up a chair, you aren't interrupting anything at all." "And you Alexander," he flicked over his Colonel Mustard, "Are going to lose." "Dan you playing?" he picked up Plum and placed him back on the board. |
Liam quickly got a drink and left the room but before he did "sorry for interupting you two" he said to Alexanda and Theo "Didn't know you were in here otherwise I wouldn't have come in" he quickly walked out of the room. |
Kahylee walked into the breakroom. She needed a break and was going to enjoy it with a cup of coffee,some chcolate, and a book. She looked around at the crowd of people and sighed. She found an open chair in a corner and sat there opening her book. She'd get the coffee later. |
Liam stopped and went back in "hello Kayhlee how are you getting on wih work, it has been dead borring so far" |
Kahylee smiled,"Hello Liam. I actually finished it all. It is now time for a break." She stiffled a yawn as she looked at her watch to note the time. |
"same here but when I go back I guess that my desk will be full with work" he laughed |

Lorraine turned her head to look as one of the employees in Theo's Division spoke up. This guy had quite the wise mouth, which she had to admit she slightly enjoyed. She pressed her lips together to keep herself from chuckling at his interception, if one could call it that. "Oh my dear, there are some things you just don't understand. I've known Theo almost since I've began at the Ministry, what was it... fifteen years ago?" she looked to Theo for reassurance. "We just like to have fun together, make the workplace more entertaining." She smiled, half wondering why this wizard was getting so worked up about such a thing. |
" kaylee we finally going out tommorow?" J. J. Starr asks her as he sits next to her. |

"Well, now that you mention it," she said, allowing herself to smile a very small amount. She tried hard to stifle a laugh when he gave the excuse of playing a muggle game because of his position. "The minister would say that I am working on finding a method of transportation to ship the board games out to various countries," she said, a broader smile forming. She frowned as Theo said its only been five years. She was sure it has been longer, but she did not question. Her years with the ministry have been far too long that she sometimes lost track of even how long she knew her colleagues. "Time flies with Theo," she stated, adding a small wink for effect. She stifled another laugh when he talked to one of his employees of workplace entertainment. "Oh you are far from boring, but after five years I admit to being slightly disappointed that you've never cared to show me pictures of your family." |

"Okay,"Kahylee said reading into her book once more. |
"You haven't seen my kids. Hmmm. I will have to show you the pictures. Later. They are in my office," Theo smiled. "Liam. She isn't making me look bad, if you know the truth," he sighed, "And she doesn't have to be up in her in her office to be working. Plus everyone is allowed a break." "You keep working on that Muggle game transportation," Theo laughed, "I know you will have it solved some day." |

"Oh my work is going fantastically. I am just about done. Waiting for the Quidditch department to do what I say, then I am going home," Theo muttered. "How about your work?" |

Shylo slipped into the breakroom after a pretty traumatic morning at work. She sat down in a chair, slightly shakily, and immediately grabbed herself a coffee. She closed her eyes, and tried to concentrate on her breathing. |

"My son doesn't like flying. My daughter is the one that does that. I didn't try out for England, because I had just got married. I wanted to spend more time with my wife, maybe start a family," Theo smiled. He remembered back then. Best time of his life. "I spend my life chasing after my son, he just loves running round the house. Usually without any clothes on." That boy was funny. "What team did you play for? Because I don't remember playing you." |
"I played for puddlemere united" replied Liam "I was a great Beeter, who did you play for Theo as I don't remember playing you either" |
"Ballycastle Bats for 15 years. I played against Puddlemere. Fabian Clark was the best Keeper around. I was glad to play against someone as amazing as him," Theo grinned. |
"Theo I was with puddlemere united for 10 year and i remember him well great keeper it was a plesure playing with him I am glad i didn't have to play against him though i broke quite a few peoples skull when i was on top of my form, I was a great beater" replied Liam. |
Kahylee sighed as she flipped the page. Maybe theres more work for me at my des. She closed the book and left without a word. |
Alexander listened but didn't interrupt the two men's conversation before, yet again, sniggered to himself. "Oh, Liam, aren't you such a modest man." He muttered sarcastically. He was a little open and wasn't afraid to open his mouth when he wanted to say something. Sometimes, well, a bit more than sometimes, this could get him into trouble. "You think a little highly of yourself, don't you think?" He added, raising his eyebrow. He looked to Theo with a small smirk. |

Alexander simply stared at the man for a while as he boasted at him for a long time. "Yeah, ok." He decided not to argue back. What a pointless waste of time when he could be enjoying a game of Cluedo with his boss. "You talk too much." He added. Eurgh. How he hated his lack of control of his mouth. He spoke before he thought. |
Shylo opened her eyes as she heard a third voice. Ohhh man. Alexander! She gulped, and closed her eyes again. Surely if she stayed still, and didn't make a sound, he wouldn't notice her. It wasn't like anyone else had. |

"You want to try that then Liam?" Theo asked, smirking. "You take out your boss. I take away your job. You are too full of yourself. I bet Alexander here, could beat you any day. Which is the reason why he is on my office wall and you aren't. I go for talent, not the biggest ego." |

"Sorry but England haven't won since Max was top of his game. And yes I have won the league, as Captain, for 7 years," Theo said, raising an eyebrow, "Also I am your boss. I can fire you with a click of my fingers, and I don't like your tone. You are on a warning." |
"Okay boss" replied Liam he just stayed sat down and didn't say another word he decided to change the subject "Is that girl over there alright" |
Alexander stayed silent as Theo took over and finally shut Liam up. He mouthed a silent 'thankyou' to his boss and looked over to where Liam was referring to a girl. It was Shylo. Oh man. Was she alright? Why was he asking that? "Yeah, she's perfect." Alexander muttered quietly. |
