Eleana was on her break, so she walked to the Break Room. She sat down and took out her notebook. She began writing a letter to her niece. |
"Guuuuyyysss!" Glancing around the breakroom after she'd so totally yelled the call for her employees... Yeah. Yelled. Which was why it was quieter than just normal speech. Checking around once more in the same spot that she'd just looked at, Alyss made her way toward the coffee machine that was happily humming away to itself. After pouring out the cup of the most awesomest smelling beverage ever, she glanced up and around to the people who were milling in the break room, just to see if there was anyone new.. Although she was rubbish with faces and names... Sooo... Anyone could be new.. Yeah.. That was a serious epic fail considering the fact that she was a Division head. EEEE! She was a division heeeaaaaadd!! Something immature always broke free whenever she thought about her job position... Maybe it was just because she'd never been promoted before.. Yeah. That could be it. |
Uwa Naoke nearly fell over herself entering the break room. She hadn't had the chance yet to see her division head or catch up on what was happening within the Ministry since her return. The numerous scrolls in her arms blocked her vision and a few scattered on the floor as she stepped in. "Uuwaaaa," she squeaked, bending over and trying to pick the scroll up with her hand: her wand was in the pocket of her robes and there was no way she could reach it. She sighed and dropped the scrolls still in her arms on a table and retrieved those she'd dropped. She had so much catching up to do. Family emergencies, other than being completely devastating for the family, were also very hard on one's work life. She sincerely hoped she would be able to catch up, and hoped there weren't too many new faces to have to remember. |

Visions of sugar plums danced in his head until... CRASH! Quentan fell backwards out of his chair, landing in a heap on the ground as he was startled awake by the sound of his supervisors exceptionally loud summoning. "Oh... hello Miss Glass," he finally said as he peered up at her from his spot on the floor. "Is break time over already?" |
Quote:
Aaaanddd.. It just did. Wincing as Quentan crashed down onto the floor, Alyss bit her bottom lip, grinning sheepishly at the worried faces around her, saying a quick, "he's alright," to them all. Glancing down at Quentan again, she sighed. "Yes, Mr. Fisher, I'm sorry to say so, but break was over quite a bit of time ago.." Okay, so that may of been an exaggeration, but it wasn't worth trying to work out the minutes and seconds that he'd gone over the time she'd intended for him and the others to be gone for. Reaching down a hand, she smiled softly, "Back to work, mister." |
A paper airplane flies into the room and comes to a rest on the table, unfolding and smoothing out to reveal... |
DH walked from the Death Chamber towards the Break room. He had hoped Marina got his message and will follow him into the room. He had never liked discussing things regarding work with other employees around. And besides, there is nothing to discuss. So he grabbed some cups and poured in hot coffee for Marina and hot cocoa for him. And then he sat at a table and waited for her. |

"Thanks for the coffee, Daniel." |

"So, what do you wanted to know?" he said asking stupidly to her. |
Quote:
What did he mean, what did she want to know? Wasn't it ... obvious? "Well, maybe you could tell me what went in the Death Chamber, while I was away?" she asked, politely. "What projects you guys started on, how the Veil is now... stuff of that sort, please." |
Quote:
"The veil had no disturbances or whatsoever. Although I hear some shriek every once in a while." he paused for a moment and nodded. "And as for the activities we did, I just gave a little tour and some orientation to the new guys and helped Alice with her brains." he chuckled again. Alice's brains.... |
Quote:
"Thanks," she said, once more. She was glad the Veil had begun to behave. She loved that thing! "Could you tell me what the Death Chamber is working on, at the moment?" |
Quote:
"Well, we haven't done so much in the last couple of weeks. We just helped the Brain Room remove the brains and transfer them to their turf." and DH scratched his chin. "But I am planning to investigate on the veil a bit more further." he said. |
Quote:
That was what she had tried to have him tell her, last time she had asked him a question, yep. |

"I shall meet up with Becca, then," she said with a nod. "Thank you for your time, Daniel. I must thank you, once more, for taking care of the Death Chamber while I was away! I'm sure you did a very good job. But you must excuse me, now. I have to pay Becca another visit, I think." She waved to him as she picked up her handbag, brushed brownish curls out of her sparkling, blue eyes, and left the Break Room. |
Axis walked through the corridor towards the break room. He smiled, if he was to work with brains then a good cup of coffee before hand would be perfect. He opened the door and peered inside, it was empty. He sighed, it would have been a delight to meet some of his co-workers. He made a coffee and sat down in an empty chair, placing his feet on another. Brains?, He had heard rumors of such research but then to actually be doing the research was a bit different. He took a sip and wondered what Azhure and Caelum were doing. He was dissapointed when he left his wife and son outside Gringott's but then he had to get to the ministry. Plus he was sure that Azhure wouldn't allow Caelum to buy a solid gold telescope, He laughed "she would probably buy it" he whispered with love. He took another sip and relaxed into the chair. |
Severia walked into the breakroom and plopped into the softest, most comfortable chair she could find. She needed a break. All of the work she had been doing lately made her feel as if she was going crazy. Or maybe she was going crazy? All she knew was that she needed someone to talk to. But who? No one could ever understand what she was going through. |
Dora walked into the breakroom with Ryan following somewhere behind her. With a flick of her wand she set the teapot to brewing. She smiled at Ryan and plopped down in a comfy armchair. "Well, I do say. I have found you in some pretty sticky situations lately Ryan Chambers. Are you ever going to stay out of trouble?" Dora asked with a grin. |

"I find it hard to believe that you stay out of trouble very often, Ryan." she said with a quirked eyebrow. With another flick of her wand her teacup came floating to her and ladned on the table next to her. |

Smiling he looked up when Dora brought her tea by a quick move of her wand tempting Ryan to doing the same but of course it was one of his principles to use his wand as scarcely as possible so he stood up, took a cup for himself and sat back as Dora mentioned words about the relation between him and trouble. ''I have nothing to do, trouble finds me itself.'' he said taking a sip of his tea. ''It's ok, though, since i can deal with almost all of them but for the first time in a quite long period, i have faced something that, i think, i might not be able to deal with. I'm not sure if its a trouble or not. Maybe it is nothing at all, but what makes me suspect is my inability to see beyond it which is unusual. I generally feel trouble before it comes but this time i can see nothing and i was wondering if you could help me at this case. An outer eye might be the solve for it.'' |
Text Cut: Lara Dora fought the urge to roll her eyes as Ryan said something about psychological development in the children... blah blah blah. Bless him! "Yes, I am taking it as easy as possible to say the least. Becoming all maternal and whatnot." Dora responded with a laugh as she place her hand on her stomach. She watched in wonder as Ryan got up and made his tea by hand. How odd. She didn't say anything about it though. Silas was the same way. Never used magic more than necessary. "So what is it you'd like my help with exactly?" she inquired as she picked up her tea and took a sip. |

He looked down at his cup again when she asked the question, having his time to find out how to start explaining the case. ''Well...there's a woman'' he began ''And, you know, i'm also surprised and confused with it but there's something different with this woman and i cannot fully analyse her. I cannot fully understand her. Women are already hard to analyze as i believe there should be another division in this level concerning 'What do women want?''' he laughed for a short time than went on ''I'm aware of that but she's still different as if she is holding something back in her mind'' ''Anyway. Back in the Quidditch cup i invited this lady in my tent for a cup of tea and good conversation as we are doing now, nothing else, i swear. And we talked about my dog and her cat.'' he, at first, could not decide if he should mention Birce freaking out over this but since it did not really concern the point he wanted to make, he decided against it ''Then...'' there was a period that he could not remember ''...i don't know, i don't remember how we came to that topic but when i said i was kicked out of my home and planning to stay in the Leaky Cauldron, she offered me to live with her, though it was only the second time we have seen each other. Of course i inferred many possiblities from this however at the same time she was looking nervous. If it was all about lust, i doubt she'd look that way.'' he took a short break and drank some from his delicious tea ''Then her attitude completely changed again. That nervous lady was gone and she challenged me with her words. It felt like she was sincere but her eyes were emotionless, frozen, icy all the time. And...um... i was both scared and allured by her in a weird way. She totally messed with my mind and i cannot figure out anything when it is about her so i was hoping you might conclude with something'' |
Text Cut: Lara Dora smiled at Ryan after sipping her tea. "Mr. Druery is being a great help in the matter." she said simply. He was, he was being fantastic about everything. Listening to Ryan's predicament Dora sipped her tea and nodded to let him know she was listening. "So, let me get this straight... you are perplexed by this woman because she didn't react the way you thought she should." she said setting her cup down. |
