Yay! I'm so pleased to have won! Here are my answers - sorry for the slight delay I've been in London this weekend. (Not Diagon Alley, alas!)
London! That's awesome, I love London. Ok, first and foremost, what led you to Harry Potter?
My Mum bought me Philosopher’s Stone soon after it came out and I fell in love with the series straight away. I was the same age as Harry and the others and really identified with Hermione’s character.
Wow, so right from the beginning! Awesome. How did you find snitchseeker?
To be honest I can’t really remember! I’ve been coming to the site for a long time for all the Harry Potter news but I’ve only just created an account – so I could enter this competition!
OMGosh! I am so thrilled! So, you are a newly sorted Gryffindor, did you think you were going to be Gryffindor?
I hoped so, as I really believe in the Gryffindor values and feel like that would be where I’d get sorted if I were ever lucky enough to go to Hogwarts!
Well, I'm glad! What got you started on writing poetry?
I am in fact not much of a poet in general – I tend to write more stories. But I’ve written a couple of hat songs in the past to go in my fanfictions.
Ooo! Fanfictions! Have you been writing long?
Well I’ve always loved writing and I’ve been writing Harry Potter fanfiction since I was about 13.
That's quite some time. So, besides the HP series, what are your favorite books?
I love Phillip Pullman’s books and I think Douglas Adams is brilliant!
If you were a harry potter character who would you be?
Probably a mixture between Ginny and Hermione. I’m definitely not as rule-abiding as Hermione! But I’m rubbish at sports so not sure if I’d be a flyer like Ginny.
I know what you mean,  What was your inspiration for this song?
I just tried to take inspiration from JK Rowling’s style and write something that would sound good read out loud and get the message across without being too complicated.
Will you be Roleplaying in the school?
I would quite like to now I’ve been sorted, yes! So look out for me in the Gryffindor tower!
What is the one thing you are looking forward to?
Meeting others who are as crazy about Harry Potter as me!!
