The arrival of the Unspeakable [littledhampir] had the entire atrium echoing with shrill shrieks and rhythmic screeches. Perhaps the glow from the objects in their possession would provide some insight as to the source of these sounds that could render a grown witch or wizard immobile from the paralyzing tones. Though, thankfully for all around, there were no such sinister enchantments in play. Just some sounds that were incredibly unpleasant to the ear.

The spell from the Magical Law Enforcement employee [Holmesian Feline] struct true, but as luck would have it did not produce the intended results. Someone out to go fishing for the poor incarcerated fellow, humans could not hold their breath under water forever.

The items in this Unspeakable's possession glowed even more brightly as the first droplets of water collected upon them from the splash. And then, once submerged, all migraine inducing noise ceased entirely. Replacing it was the hypnotic and muffled hum, one pleasant upon all ears, coming from beneath the surface of the water in the fountain...
