| | |  Rupert Grint to attend 'Driving Lessons' screening
It has been confirmed that Rupert Grint will be in attendance at the screening of his upcoming movie 'Driving Lessons' at the Tribeca Film Festival on Sunday April 30th at 8:30pm in New York. Harry Potter co-star Julie Walters, who plays his on-screen mom Molly Weasley in the Harry Potter films, also stars in the film. Advance tickets for the event are unfortunately sold out, but it may be possible to get tickets at the door on the day of the event. EDIT: According to Cannes Market, 'Driving Lessons' will also be screened at Cannes on May 17th, 18th and 20th (with more possible dates to come).
A film review by the Los Angeles Times is also placing Driving Lessons among this year's Oscar hopefuls!

Actually as far as I know, Julie won't be attending the festival per my contact unless something has changed.
But yeah, what Jo said. The tickets will be sold at the door, but I'm sure you'd have to get there early to make sure you get them!

This is truly excellent news. I hope everyone who gets to go has fun and bring back great reports I love the fact that the LA Times said it may be oscar worthy because that seems like a good thing for Rupert's future career after HP is over to have been the star of an Oscar nominated move.
