" Not a problem , Mate. Ya know I had to check ya out, right? Minerva is one of my closest friends here. " Justin said as he shook William's hand.

Alyssa almost jumped when she heard William address her. "Oh Hi William. I'm doing okay. Just grabbing a bite to eat before heading off to class. To be honest I like all the classes. Arithmancy is the toughest one of the lot but that's because I hate working with numbers. But Professor Hadley is a good teacher so it definitely makes the class easier." Alyssa knew William was trying to make 'small' talk with her but she was cool with that.

Alyssa hugged Minerva back not before noticing the look she gave Justin and the fake smile. 'Ooookkaayyyy looks like we're having a little disagreement here already. I knew that this was going to happen,' Alyssa thought to herself. But that was their business and she was staying out of it. "Nothing much. I've been completing homework and finals assignments and attending classes...and oh yeah attending Quidditch practice. I would love to have another celebration party in the Common Room, but somehow I don't think we'll be having one anytime soon, especially if people don't show up for practice like they should be doing," Alyssa looked pointedly at Justin. "We have a tough game against Ravenclaw but except for Kita, Penny, Nessie, myself, and occasionally Janice and Isobel, showing up for practice, no one else has. I know everybody is busy with school and with their own private lives but I think that if they signed up for the team and was picked to play, they should at least make some effort to show up for some of the practices. I feel so bad for Kita. She'll be graduating this year and this will be her last chance to win the championship. And what happens? She shows up for practice only to see two or three people present. I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with the other players right now. What's even more embarrassing is that while we are practicing, I see players from the other teams watching from the stands. I'm sure they must be laughing at our poor attendance and think that our team is so pathetic."

Alyssa could feel herself getting angry and she didn't want to do that in front of her friends, so she gave them all a smile and said,"Well, I guess it's time for me to head off for practice and there's an Arithmancy class after that. So I guess I'll see you all there." She gave Minerva and Amethyst a hug before packing up her things and leaving the hall.

Minerva gave a smile at Justin saying he liked William. "Well that's good to here. So what were you two talking about?"



Minerva gave Alyssa a sad face. "Awww do you really have to leave so soon. I never get to see you, but if you really have to leave I guess I will talk to you soon. Save me a seat in Arithmancy I hate that class. I am horrible at numbers. I love Professor Hadley just not the class."

" Not much really. Just the particulars of each other." Justin smiled nervously. He didn't want her to know that he had asked William so many questions. Granted, Justin just wanted to make sure William was a stand up guy.

Minerva knew Justin enough to know he was hiding something, but she let it go. "Well ok then. So what else is going on?"

" well, I just was about to go for a pinic with Amethyst. we're doubling with Harvey and Ronnie. I tried to find you earlier to invite you but it'd probably be kind of uncomfortable foryou and Harvey. I am hosting a little something later in the common room with Amethyst. come join us in a bit. " Justin smiled as he said good bye and headed for the waterfall.

"Sure that sounds fun. See you soon."

" Grat, we are going to get along together well" Willaim told Justin.William shook Justin's hand.

" Good that you are doing okay" William said to Alyssa. " Eating is good before class" William said to Alyssa. " I am not good at Arithromancy at all" William explained to Alyssa.

" We were talking about how Justin likes you as a friend" Wiliam told Minerva. Justin says he wants to protect his friends" William said to Minerva. " He made sure you would not be hurt by me" Willaim explained to Minerva about Justin.

"Well Justin has always been there for me and has always protected me." Minerva smiled.

"Well, thank you. That was very thoughtful of you to say." Lillian smiled brightly. "I attend classes but most of my free time goes to eating and sleeping." she laughed. "When it comes to having fun, just to spend some time with my friends is enough fun for me."

"Hey Minerva!" Lillian waved at her. "Common room celebration? What a great idea! Two thumbs up for me if there's going to be any!" she continued with a huge grin on her face.

"Yes Lillian common celebrations are fantastic. I'm surprised you haven't been to one yet. We have sodas, food, music. We have a blast. It might be a good time to get Violet out of her room for some much needed fun."

" I am glad that Justin is there for you" Willaim told Minerva. " I think there just may be a new sherrif in town" Willaim said to Minerva." I can protect you" Willaim explained to Minerva.

" You are welcome" Willaim told Lillian. " Nice to eat ,sleep and go to classes but you need to get out more and have fun" Willaim explained to Lillian." I spend time with my freinds and someone important to me here in school from HufflePuff, she is very sweet, but i do it outside" Willaim said to Lillian.

"Well I feel very blessed to have so many good friends to look after me and now you as well William." She smiled at him and then at her friends. She did feel very lucky right now.

" Yes, you are blessed to have many friends" William told minerva." They are blessed to have you" William said to Minerva." I am blessed, too" Willaim smiled.

Minerva smiled at him. 'I wish I could sneak you into our common room so you could be at the celebration with us."

" Too bad we couldn't sneak him in is right. Maybe we should have a party out in the courtyard before end of term. So anyone could come. " Justin beamed. Well, he thought it sounded like a brilliant idea.

" I wish I could sneak into my common room, too" Willaim told Minerva." We would be so bad" William said to Minerva. You enjoy your celebration" William said to Minerva. ' You need to have fun" William explained to Minerva.

" Oh, do not worry about the so called sneaking in at all" William told Justin. " A Courtyard party sounds great" Willaim said to Justin. "What about it honey?' Willaim asked Minerva.

Minerva gave a big smile to William and Justin. "Yes taht sounds like a great idea."

Whenever you are ready to party, I am there" Willaim told Minerva. I will wear my party hat' William said to Minerva.

Veronica was hungry, and tired. She had spent the majority of the day studying for OWLs considering she had forgotten about them with her dad dying and all. She wasn't even sure she wanted to take them.

She wanted to get back home to be with her mom, but that came at a price to. Her step-dad was always around and she hated the man. She sighed at sat down at the House Table alone. She wondered where Simon was, she missed him, and she wanted friends. To be honest, Ronnie didn't have alot of friends.

Minerva walked into the great hall and sat down to get something to eat.

Isobel was really tired. She had spent the past few days outside looking for Star. And of course she also had classes, and homework, and studying. She needed a break. Unfortunately she could not have a break for very long, and the short one she had at the moment needed to be filled with eating. She was really hungry. Isobel sat down at the Hufflepuff table and set Roza next to her. It had been two weeks since her near death experiance.

Isobel searched around her for something to eat and finally she found some spaghetti. She dug in and ate because she was starving. After a couple of minutes she noticed that it was hot in the room; unnaturally hot. All of a sudden she noticed something else; a sound that was practically demanding to be heard. It was a high pitched wailing sound and it sounded like it was coming from right next to her. Probably because it was. Isobel pinpointed the noise and guessed that it was coming from Roza.

Isobel frantically fumbled for her wand and tried a spell to cool Roza off. "Argentum Frigidus," she said desperately with a swish and a tap. It did not work, probably because she was not concentrating properly. "Shut up!" She yelled, but of course that would never work. "Silencio!" She said it firmly, and it actually worked. Isobel breathed a sigh of relief, but she knew it was not done. She had to calm Roza down, otherwise the high pitched whistling sound might start up again. "Argentum Frigidus." She made another swish and tapped Roza. Isobel reached out to touch her and felt that she was a normal temperature, maybe even a little cold. She was not hot, which was what she had been trying to accomplish.

"Would you like to come to the Gryffindor table?" William asked Minerva. " Oh, that is if we are still together " William said to Minerva.

Minerva smiled at William. "Sure, I would love to sit with you at the Gryffindor table." She got up and walked over to the other table with him.

" Thanks for coming over to the Gryffindor table with me" Willaim told Minerva. " I really thought you were maad at me and were going to break up with me" William explained to Minerva." I am going to the Hufflepuff quidditch game and we can hopefully sit together" Wiliam said to Minerva.
