Heres my interview with Kris! I [ Raider] am in Green and Kris [ Biochemkris] is in Gray.
-------------------------------------------------------------- First off I know most people know this but I figure I should ask it anyway. What is your name and what Is your position on SS?
I'm Kris, which is short for Kristi, which isn't short for anything and I'm the Site Manager, MotW Interviewer *whistles*, Potions Professor, and Slytherin Head of House. I also tend to be the point man for the contests and anything involving shipping stuff to members

Before Xander, I was also acting HM

What is the hardest thing to date that you have had to sort out as a mod/staff/admin
The infamous Quidditch scam a few terms ago (I want to say about 4 terms ago)
Hmmm... I dont remember that I think it was before I became really active.
Care to explain?
Well, this is all in the past and everything but, basically there was some cheating that occurred back when you were limited to 5 substitutions per game. An industrious team found a way around that rule by just sharing their passwords with one another so that other people who were available could get on using the account of a player who couldn't be one.
It was a big mess since obviously no one was going to admit to it so, we ended up having to look at each post and the IPs to figure out who was posting with whose account and when. That little incident was the straw that broke the camel's back. We'd been having some serious sportsmanship issues that term so, we ended up suspending quidditch for two terms. I think a lot of people lost track of the fact that this is a GAME.

But, we brought quidditch back last term for a match and everything went well. And Quidditch this term was absolutely awesome. Mr. Hassan has done a great job and the students have been really great.
Yes I enjoyed it alot. Even thought I banged my shins repeatedly running to find my books to look answers up. *blush*

Moving on what was your rection when you were made a mod/staff/admin

It was actually right around this time 2 years ago that I got this PM from Mere (Draconia, back then, the Headmistress) telling me that she and Mals thought I'd make a good potions professor so, would I accept the position. I PMed her back asking what the job entailed and then, accepted after thinking that I might be able to handle it. LOL I think it was a few days later that she PMed me back and said she had a house ghost position open so, did I want to be Ravenclaw house ghost as well. And thus, Professor AIrlia was born. The next term, I got to be Slytherin Head of House and with the exception of one term, I've held that position since then. I was adminned just before our move from Invision to vBulletin and I sort of suspected something was up when Julie (Madame Sparrow) invited me to the admin chat. I was hired on as the MotW interviewer and we discussed some other roles for me but, I ended up taking a temporary headmistress position I was very excited about becoming an admin.

I had been very frustrated with the school and having to PM all the admins to help me with problems I was having that required use of the admin cp. Once I was an admin, I was able to take care of a lot of issues on my own. When we moved to vB I was insane girl, organizing forums, writing up the automated welcome emails, writing the FAQ, and all that fun stuff. So, when Julie stepped down due to school committments, Rich asked me to fill in as Site Manager, in addition to my other stuff.

All that and you still take care of Xander

Well I also hired Ty to take over for the former Forums Manager that was probly in December not of last year but, the year before, 04 and she's really done a great job taking over those.

I love my admin minions they do all the work on the site and dont let them try to convince you otherwise
I'm just the one carrying the whip.
Aside from HP do you read much?
Oh yes, a ton! Not as much anymore, though. With Xander around, I usually only get through two or three books a month.
I can imagine it must be dificult to take care of Xander and read.
If you were in Hogwarts, what do you think your favorite subject would be?
In all honesty, I do think it would be potions. I don't just say that because of Snape, either. I'm a biochemist by profession and they are very similar (it's the reason I got the potions prof job here on SS). However, I think Care of Magical Creatures would come a very close second.Before you had heard of SS or any other HP RP site, what house did you want to be in?
I wanted to be in Slytherin but, only because of the allure of the dark side and Snape and all that. If Hogwarts were real and I were going, I'd have been sorted in Ravenclaw and be happy to be there and not in Slytherin... if that makes sense

I wanted gryffindor (like any 13 year old HP fan) But I wouldnt trade my Slytherins for the world now. *huggles slytherin house*
And heres our second to last question from the last person I interviewed. If they sold your life story at Flourish and Blotts, what would the title be?
