"Hermione, I need to speak to you."I said sitting down by her bed where she lay tired. "Do you remember when in Hogwarts, I was a little bit of a well theres no other way to put it a b----?"I waited, no response yet. "Well when you hit the book, Ron came rushign over too you, and a letter fell out of the book."I sighed. "The letter was from me, around my fourth year, to Draco, when well you know , when we were sort of fake dating."It said"That this book will curse if anyone else touches it except for you."I fell so stupid, I'm not like that anymore and I'm going to trial for it, thsi will ruin my new reputation I'm trying to get as a healer in training, I'll go to Askaban, your a smart girl, will you help me?"I said my eyes wellign up with tears.

OOC: Sorry, I was at school so I couldn't answer for 8 hours or so.

I nodded my head slowly and let Ron go. I listened to Pansy. "I...I don't know Pansy. Just leave me until Ron comes back please." I said.

Lupin:

"Come in." I said studying a paper in front of me, unlocking my door by flicking my wand.

"Sure Hermione, you get some rest might as well act as healerish as i can, while I can."I said sadly to her, sitting in a chair by her bed lettign her rest.

Lavendar rushed in breathing heavily. "Lupin sir," she began. "We-- well more I--- just returned from the Parkinson's house and you won't believe what happened," she said, taking a seat in front of him.

"What happened Miss Brown?" I asked looking up from my paper, conjuring up some tea and pouring it into the both of our glasses.

Melanie:

"Erm...hello?" I asked still in the Greengrass's house. I called down the hallway asking if anybody was there.

Where is Ron?I said thinking too myself, i need Hermione to get better so I can get some help.

"Well sir--" she started. Just then Ron opened the door and rushed in.

"Sorry to interrupt," he apologized. "Continue Lavendar. I'll butt in on a few subjects."

"Anyway, Greyback we found, was at the house. He grabbed me and threatened to kill me if Ron and Hermione didn't turn him in right then and there. And--- well I don't really know what else happened. Ron take it from there."

"So Hermione and I discover a bunch of rotting dead bodies in a compartment in the house," Ron explained. "I have no idea who put them there. Maybe Greyback, I can't be sure. Then we arrived at the Malfoy's, Astoria Greengrass was out cold and Malfoy left to go somewhere. At this moment Hermione is in St. Mungo's along with Astoria. They cause of their injury was a cursed book. It was given to Malfoy by Pansy Parkinson---"

Lavendar gasped. So that was what happened.

"She will most likely be given a trial don't you think sir?" Ron asked. "She wants me to help plead her guilty. What do you think?" he waited Lupin's reply.

"For now, Mr. Weasley you should go back to Miss Granger and Miss Brown go home or do some more research. The both of you have had a long day. We'll probably send Miss Parkinson to trial. Just don't tell her that yet, there will be a letter sent to her later this evening. We'll talk more about this later. Goodbye." I said turning my attention back to my papers.

I watched as Hermioen fell asleep, she looked so peacful so innocent. Why don't I ever feel that way, the oen who doesnt do anythign bad, who is loved by everyone, the innocent one.

Ron stood up and left to apparate St. Mungo's once again.

"Ron," Lavendar suddenly said when they exited the office. "I can take the trial on for Pansy. You have a lot of your work on your hands. I don't. What do you think? Could I?" she asked.

"Would you Lavendar? That would be great and I think you might get along with Parkinson better than I?" he smiled. "I'll see you later." Then he apparated to St. Mungo's.

Lavendar smiled. Finally she could embark on a trial. She ran to her office and grabbed her coat and then flooed home. She was in need of Cormac and a shower.

"RON! RON?Hermione's sleeping, what do you knwo about my trial, it's not like im stupid, I know I'm havign one!"I said.

Shadows everywhere. Then darkness, fire. Shooting spells everywhere. I felt major pain on my arm and back. I was hit by a spell. I heard a shout and the last thing I saw was a green light.

I didn't realize I was shaking in my sleep, starting to scream.

Wait I think everyone went too St. Mungos. Maybe. I'll try there. I apparated to St. Mungos. I went up to the front desk. "Erm...Astoria Greengrass?" I asked. I was directed to a room and saw Astoria. "Hey Astoria. How are you feeling?" I asked her, sitting on a chair beside her bed.

OOC: Astoria's still out cold. Hermione wasn't affected that much.

"Parkinson cool down," Ron said, holding a hand up to stop her. He wasn't in the best mood at the moment. "Lavendar Brown will be taking care of your trial. Remus Lupin is sending you a letter or two this evening. Now I suggest you go home. Actually don't. Go to Daphne's house or something." Ron turned his head toward Hermione. "It's alright Mione." He took a seat on her bed. "I'm here, you're all right," he whispered, pressing his lips against hers. When they broke apart and Ron saw Astoria's friend Melanie he said, "You might not be able to talk your friend for a while or maybe ever. The healer said she was cursed so bad she might not make it."

OOC: I know. She's just kind of talking to herself. Just too "comfort" Astoria.

"Oh thanks for the information Weasley." I said looking down wiping my eyes with my sleeve.


I felt something soft touch my lips. I opened my eyes and saw Ron. I smiled at him. "You're back." I said, my voice being a little hoarse.

"No Astoria No!"I said hearign what Ron said. I fell landign on my knees. My mouth wide open, a single tear ran down my cheek. I'm a murderer. Then all the tears came, not moving an inch. "My best friend, gone?"Then the waterfalls came. "It's all my fault ,I said repeatedly"It's all my fault.

"It isn't your fault Parkinson. Get a hold of yourself," Ron angrily cried. This girl was driving him up the wall. "Hermione you can come back to the Burrow with me this evening. The healers say it will be alright as long as you take it easy." He looked over at Melanie. "I'm truly sorry," he said.

"Crucio!" Astoria heard someone yell. Her body went rigid as she screamed out in pain. Nothing came out though. She was in pain that was unbearable. "Kill me right now for all I care!" she said somehow. The hooded figure torturing her revealed himself. She cried and sobbed at seeing the attackers face. "No!" she burst. "No it can't be!" Her torturer was Draco Malfoy.

OOC: No one respond to Astoria. She's dreaming.

I nodded my head to Ron and smiled. "When can I go?" I asked.

I nodded my head at Weasley. I guess he really was nice, not a blood traitor like everyone used to call him.

"Now I suppose." He helped her out of bed. Bidded farewell to the other girls and flooed back to the Burrow with Hermione. From there, she could stay in Ginny's room, seeing she was moved out and living in an apartment rented with Luna Lovegood. Both of the girls were close to where they worked. Ginny played for the Harpies, Luna worked in the Ministry as an intern in the Department of Magical Creatures.

he didn't understand, gettign angry at me liek that, I am beign charged for murder probably. I'm going into trial, will probably be sent to askaban. He should be glad Hermione lived. Let the good emotions take control of him, not the anger. I cried, "I'm truly a murderer. Melanie?I'm so so so so so so sorry."I siad between sobs.

I collapsed on the Weasley's couch. I layed down. "I'm so exhausted." I said.

OOC: Ron and Hermione are at the Burrow and they aren't married yet. ^_____^

"Mum?" Ron asked, searching the house. "Seems she's out somewhere. Come, I'll help you up to Ginny's old room." He helped her up and lead her up the stairs. She collapsed once again on the bed. "Hermione, I'm sorry if I seem angry right now. I don't mean to be like this. I'm irritated and frustrated. I love you though dear. Seeing you makes me happier and smile brighter," he laughed, sitting down on the bed. He kissed her and kissed her more. "Your mine and I yours," he smiled against her lips. When they broke apart he held her. Not willing to release the girl. She meant everything to him.

I smiled as he said I love you. "You love me?" I asked having a tear roll down my eyes as I hugged him.

"Just stop Pansy. Stop." I said sitting down on a chair rubbing my forehead to lessen the headache.

"You have a headache?"I said regaining my composure. "Here take this ."I said handing here a vial of potion, and a piece of choclate. "The chocolate doesn't really do anything, it just tastes good."I said laughing.

"Yes, I do. I tell you today. I'll tell you tomorrow. I'll keep telling you the rest of my life, for as long as I live, I will never be the same Ron Weasley without Hermione Granger in my life. You keep my priorities in hand," he told her, then his ears started turning red. "The one who mentioned I had dirt on my nose so many years ago. When I first met you in fact. The one who put up with my awfulness and stupidness." He smiled down at her.

I laughed. "You're starting to act like Lupin." I said. I took the chocolate and the potion and drank it. "Thanks. I feel much better now." I said.

I giggled at him. I put my hands on both of his blushing cheeks. "Well, just to let you know, I love you too." I said.
