| | |  The Woman in Black U.S. release: Jan 20, 2012; Matthew Broderick visits Dan Radcliffe
The official CBS Films Facebook for Daniel Radcliffe's upcoming thriller, The Woman in Black, has announced that the film will hit U.S. cinemas on January 20, 2012. The theattical debut will be weeks before the U.K. release by Hammer Films, which is slated for a February 10, 2012 opening.  Fore more information on The Woman in Black's U.S. promotion, follow their official Facebook. CBS Films confirmed to SnitchSeeker that this will be a wide theatrical release.
Additionally, Daniel posed with former J. Pierrepont Finch actor, Tony-award-winning actor Matthew Broderick, earlier this week after a performance of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. A photo of Dan, Matthew, wife Sarah Jessica Parker, son James, and Matt's former costar and Bud Frump actor Jeff Blumenkrantz can be found in our galleries.

I wonder if Dan was nervous with Matthew there. Either way it's nice Matthew brought his family out to see Dan in the show. I love Dan's hands on James shoulders ( I know James is a Harry Potter fan).

I'm glad that they finally settled on a date, but I was really hoping to see it this winter. It's going to be worth the wait though.

Yes! Tall Finch meets Short Finch! And since no one commented on the production photo yet, I must say that I am so excited for this...kind of "lame", but whatever. The barely release pictures from this movie, and finally we get one! Also, Dan and his godson/ onscreen son look awesome!

I'm betting they moved the release date back so Dan will be free to promote it after H2$ is over, but I can't wait to see the film! I'm terrible with scary movies, but I love thrillers.
