I think that's when Harry is a bit mad that he can't get in the RoR?
EDIT: Iheartdan proves a good point. This can't be after Dumblerdore's death because it sunny outside in the window. Though it could be during the funeral or before it. We know it's not after because Jo ends the book with him by the lake.

i think that its when harrys having detention with snape , and he comes out of the room .. hoping that his team won .
