i've seen this. this is a good movie, deserves the accolades its reaping right now. and this is definitely Dan's best work to date. even if his character is bespectacled like Harry, there is no way you would even associate one with the other.

its about Jack Kipling (played by Dan), the son of famous author Rudyard Kipling (most popularly known as the author of the Jungle Book). the story revolves around the time that Britain entered WWI.


if he keeps up with this kind of dedication i'd dare say he would. i was skeptical of Dan's ability to portray other characters that doesnt remind us one way or the other of Harry Potter, but this work convinced me that Dan has the ability to "dissapear" into the role and allow the viewers to see the character for what it is, not that it is played by a famous face.


this was a made for TV movie, so you aint gonna see it on the big screen, that's why they're releasing it on DVD.

I wonder if it is about Hitler? It'll be intresting to see it anyway.
