Youth Publishing House have announced that the Vietnamese translation of 'Half-Blood Prince' will be released on September 24th 2005.
It has also been announced that the Portuguese translation, Harry Potter e o Príncipe Misterioso, will be released on October 15th 2005. The cover art can be viewed here.

Funny Ems, very funny...the Portuguese cover is the American cover with the title en Portuges. Muy very chistoso...funny.
I wish I knew Portugese. Even so, I know that 'misterioso' means mysterious. So why didn't they directly translate the title? I'm sure you could translate 'Half-Blood' into Portugese.
Harry Potter e o Príncipe Misterioso?! yea its mysterious..Harry Potter e o Principe Mestiço which means harry potter and the half blood prince..i read on a magazine that it was like that...WHY?!why we always have to b different?! lol
