J.K. Rowling's Pottermore will release chapters from
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince later this year, and according to a mass newsletter sent to fans, it will include new content on Draco Malfoy and Florean Fortescue, owner of the ice cream parlour in Diagon Alley.
