I think it's when she's giving instructions about the detention.
Ms Staunton looks great in the role, but I had a teacher who looked exactly as JKR describes Umbridge and Mary Grand Prč drew her in the books, so I'm having a little trouble to picture the actual actress. I think the production went more for character than physical description.
